It would be amazing if it actually happened and we'd get an amount of hilarity and amusement similar to the time when Revolution 60 finally appeared on Steam. But I expect all of her political statements and "promises" to amount to little more than hot air so long as any potential political opponent can just tell the media/public to put Brianna's name into Google and look at the result on the first page for that little website called the Lolcow Wiki.
Plus, running for any kind of office would require, you know, work and effort which simply isn't worthy of her time.

Nigga there are things more important than a few geeky guys acting like dicks to women working in their field. A president's main concern should be handling the big issues in the country, like the financial problems or foreign relations. If you base your entire platform on petty feel good bullshit like that, then you're guaranteed to lose. I mean just look at Hillary, she did just that and she lost by a fucking landslide to a living meme for god's sake. Really this bullshit just shows why John should not be in a position of power, she's so conceited that if she were put in charge of anything she would use all her resources to appeal to the feminist crowd in a sad attempt at trying to seem cool and progressive while ignoring almost everyone else.

Annoyingly Wu's in "broken clock" mode. FFXV's storyline has been lightly criticised due to it lurching about sometimes. Not quite "Can't tell a story" but, eh. Close enough.

Dumb-ass political science major Flynt/Wu at work. Individual members of Congress can't issue subpoenas, which can only be issued by committees or sub-committees after something Flynt/Wu and his allies really hate -- a vote. So Rep. Flynt/Wu, I-Trannytown, won't be sending out any subpoenas about the non-issue of "sexism in tech."

One interesting thing about these FBI logs is that no GamerGate-related arrests - or, IIRC, any arrests - directly resulted from this investigation. No charges were filed, no evidence was uncovered, it was objectively a waste of FBI time and taxpayers' dollars.
It was also part of this FBI "pilot project" or something? That makes it sound like it came from Clark and that whole committee Chelsea (ZQ) set up with Lifschitz Jr's trust fund.
What gets me is that a very disproportionate number of the major actors in Chelsea's Crash Override Network project - Arthur Chu, Brianna Wu, Alex Lifschitz - were very financially privileged, and in the case of Chelsea, Wu, and Lifschitz only through having access to rich parents' wealth.
So we have an example of taxpayers bankrolling this retarded project because a few plutocrats were able to "backchannel" their way into the FBI, and a few murder and rape charges kicked further down the backlog.

Joshua Goldberg was arrested for his jihadi trolling, Benjamin Barber for revenge porn, and Samuel Collingwood Smith is good friends with Tor. If any of them did anything illegal as part of their gater things, the world may never know (or care). The FBI reports include an underage person making threats, but law enforcement was content with them saying they would stop. Since there were multiple bomb threats made as part of the autism festivities, it makes sense that there would be investigations. It can be hard to have the evidence sufficient to seek charges or even identify who did what, unless the person involved is really stupid. The person with long conversations with Wu being an obvious example of what stupid looks like.
Chelsea also had no money. I'm not sure what, if any prize money Chu still has, since he was left to crowdfund a gift of a meteorite to his wife; their burn rate may have outstripped his earnings as a guy on the Internet with dumb opinions. He and wife also went to Swarthmore, so the might have had some impressive debt to deal with.

Imagine a conference room.
The time is 'quarter past late' on a Friday evening, the street lanterns are just coming to life and everyone on the committee wanted to be at home two hours ago.
The current item on the agenda is, what kind of toilet paper should be used in the public restrooms of the town hall and most people in the room just vote for the first option, because they don't fucking care and just what to go home. They have better to do and there are still 12 more dull items on the agenda that need to be done, before they can go home.
And just as the secretary asks the mandatory question, if there are any final comments before the committee moves to the next item on the list, a voice is raised:
"Ya know, I really think we haven't talked enough about sexism in..." and that is the moment when a collective groan emerges from the rest of the committee and half of them make a facepalm.
