Dear God. Must be something real serious to tear him away from xitter. This only strengthens my theory this is on advisement from his lawyer. Poor guy would have had an easier time pulling teeth.

My tinfoil hat theory is that there is a document he really doesn't want to be made public and he knows that it will become an matter of public interest once he announces a stream.
