Oh God, you just made the penny drop. It's not just the "standard" noncery of wanting to be a child or being fixated on children. I realise what this reminds me of now - dronification. The exaggarated appearance he photoshops on these kids is to objectify them, make them more sexualized (what he is apparently sexually interested in - their mouths) and "ideal" but also distinctively less human at the same time. He also makes them all look more or less the same, stripping away what makes them individuals. Dehumanized and having their individuality stripped away, just like a doll then, they only exist for his pleasure.
Something like HexKorp or the Korps (Kevin's into that one). Someone gets augmented/brainwashed into being a personality devoid drone, dressed in a dehumanised uniform that makes them indistinguishable from other drones - they exist only to provide sexual pleasure to others, or convert them into drones (sometimes against their will, sometimes slowly convincing them to become drones like with sissy hypno). Inspiration is occasionally taken from monastic orders and there's often latex/rubber/high heel fetishism worked in, along with elements of exhibitionism/humiliation - the drones go out in public to show others they're obedient dehumanised drones, occasionally in the hopes of finding more people to be recruited (being based around a fantasy that people can really be converted into drones in factories or what have you, and that they're a fact of life in that fictional universe).

That's what he's doing, but with school children. His accounts always emphasise dressing in school uniforms (and of course, all the kids in a school wear the same uniform), making sure your uniform is pristine, the girls pulling up their white knee socks and the incongruous high heeled mini boots. They encourage other children to wear their uniforms, including outside of school. They focus on doing homework, going to church, taking on extra responsibilities at school and some mysterious "school projects" that require them to travel around different locations unaccompanied while showing off their school uniform (in a way schools would never do today, but was a bit more common 30-50 years ago). There also seems to be an idealised end goal of winding up as an exaggerated version of a pale blond kid with lurid red lips... plus all that stuff with "practicing before school" and the lurid lip noises (plus possibly something about "wrestling" with teachers and it being "misconstrued" as a sex thing?)
This sick fuck has taken the most innocent thing possible - a child going to school and working hard - and turned it into a dehumanising bimbofication fetish. I actually feel violated realising this.
British schools don't tend to go in for yearbooks like American schools do, with photos of each individual student and their names. Typically they'll do a class photo every year, sometimes with the names of all the schoolkids printed at the bottom. Stockwell Manor definitely did that, because one of the people in that Facebook group had shared one. However I doubt the school itself would have held onto them all. The school system in the UK went through a change in the 70s, from the Tripartite System to the Comprehensive System (kinda). It then became a Foundation School run by Lambeth Council and rebranded as Stockwell Park High School, before becoming a Business and Enterprise College and then finally an Academy called Planatos College. Also the original 1960s building got demolished and replaced with a new building in the 00s. I'm not autistic enough to try and dig up the Ofsted ratings but it was a bit of a crap school, at once point being called the most surveilled school in the UK and was subject to a Blair-era case study in how to increase educational attainment in Somali students - which suggests a lot of staff replacements going on to tackle it. The point for all this is basically that the school that exists today has very little continuity with the 1970s school and I can't imagine that they've kept school photos going back 50 years (and even if they had, they probably wouldn't share them due to data protection or whatever).Seems like he has an obsession with Stockwell manor and Kerrin point. The former property of Stockwell manor has been transformed into a college from what I have seen, and those usually have a historical preservation department which preserves old records such as yearbooks and other items of historical significance. I wrote an email to the college to see if they preserved anything from the old school, but havent heard back from them yet. If that is a dead end, the London library may have a yearbook on hand or has connections to a library that does. There are several Facebook groups for old students of Stockwell, that claim to have records from the school and were sharing material from the late 70s and 80s. Maybe they were classmates with SSB and know something about him.
Possibly there's copies of these photos with Lambeth Council/whatever but I think the only way we'd likely ever see them is if someone who actually went to school there with him and still had a school photo. But I imagine people who went to Stockwell Manor are getting freaked out at all the weird internet kids pestering them.
Kerrin Point was built in the late 60s so if he was the age we suspect he probably remembers it getting built and being part of the skyline. It suffered a gas explosion in 1997, shortly after he moved to Milton Keynes, and then demolished in 2000. So maybe he was feeling out-of-sorts about his neighbourhood changing significantly after he left.
