Thiel must be besotted, so Vance has been utter deadweight, generating cat lady and other memes for the Harris campaign.

Donny knows now there's no point in wasting his time unless it's at a mini MAGA rally where 1/3 of the crowd will yell and scream over the opponent and without a moderator who actively works to hold him to topic and time, which in his opinion is unfair and rigged.
I hate to quote myself, but in retrospect, the muted mics didn't really do what their expressed intention was during the first Biden debate. You could hear both Harris and Trump speaking through the other's microphones when their own was muted, and if either candidate started talking with a muted mic, ABC just unmuted it. I only remember it being enforced once, and I think it was against Harris right before the 1st break.
I've heard people say it might have to do something with the former Clinton advisor saying he's waiting for a whistleblower affidavit about ABC prepping Kamala. Negrate, but I'm just the messenger. I have no idea of the validity of these claims, and if the supposed affidavit isn't public by Monday, I'm calling bullshit.

They were cutting the mics as expected, if anything, they wouldn't tell Trump the topic is concluded in the debate and they're moving to the next one because they gave him summary response time on every single exchange 100% down the line, because that's the way you rig a debate for the other person or something. The moderators would begin to turn their question to Trump, he'd verbally butt in before the question was finished, because, that's a narc on a debate stage for you, and the mic was already lowered on the mix so you couldn't really hear the start of his talking over the moderator's question to him. The audio engineer would then boost his mic so you'd get everything after the first like three words of interjection over the moderators question he was trying to stampede talk over and he'd launch into his narc injury meltdown response, after topic about two or so. I wonder if this is what black and white tv set viewers saw when Nixon was sweating hard against Kennedy, just with higher definition makeup packages?
