As someone whos lived in a right to work state and the bluest of the blue(illinois), id prefer right to work states any day of the week. The unions are literally the mafia and part of the democrat party. All you get is massive taxes cutting your standard of living in half(not an exaggeration, look at their property taxes) that do nothing but pay for the mafia members massive paychecks and pensions at the expense of public service quality. Only 35% of newborn americans are white so any real attempts to fix americas problems will only benefit the goblins and id rather they suffer. That being said, skilled professionals here earn 4x as much as their europoor counterparts while paying less taxes and receiving benefits that are way better than any europoor countrys gibs. Only the bottom quintile of americans would be better off in europe and they wouldnt be able to move there anyway.
Adopted jeets or second generation jeets (ie their parents were fresh off the boat or first generation) are cringe but can grow up to be decent, the #1 thing that makes a jeet a jeet is the intense rat race over in India. They say that the critical years of how you act the rest of your life are from 10-15. If they are over there during that time, they will literally do jeet shit until the grave and not even magically winning the lottery will change anything. The important thing to note is that no other country's citizens do this because nothing else in the world is as intensely bad as India is. so why aren't they coming? the US caps green cards at 400,000 a year and no country can claim more than 7% of that share. for australians, british, french, german etc. the US green card backlog is nonexistent. the number of australians in the US hovers around 100,000- and that's with a special "working holiday" visa that lets australians under 30 pay a $500 fee to work in the US for 2 years.
It's also quite impossible to to legally immigrate to the US as an Euro (outside the greencard lottery) unless you're a) rich, b) are highly qualified, c) are effectively an corporate indentured servant or d) marry a 'murican.
It's funny because your cousin is exactly in the bracket where moving to the US would make him richer and give him plenty of opportunity to isolate himself from the violence and the poors. Meanwhile everybody outside the uppermost income quintile would trade a possible slight increase in wealth for an absolute assload of uncertainty and most people do not want to make that trade.
