I get not liking cleaning windows if you just wanted a cleaning job, but not wearing a uniform? As some guy who goes into buildings after or during work hours from a different company? No shit they want you to wesr a branded uniform: they don't want the janitor getting the cops called on him for tresspassing. Even if you introduce yourself as the janitor with a company ID, someone might not realize it and start an incident anyway. Letting randos in the building to clean is one way people get tricked into having their office things stolen. And besides, if you don't advertise, you don't get hired for more gigs in contract work like that.

If a trans man wants to get pregnant they have to stop taking hormones and are prescribed estrogen to speed up the process until it's within normal female range. If it's an unplanned pregnancy and they don't want to/can't abort it then they're prescribe androgen blockers and estrogen to try to accomplish that as quickly as possible to limit harmful effects on the baby. Women with things like hormone disorders or being intersex who naturally produce high levels of testosterone have to go through the same process if they aren't already on hormone treatment.

I don't understand why someone who calls themself a man would want to be pregnant in the first place, but if they can't afford surrogacy or adoption I guess I can understand being willing to endure nine months in exchange for a lifetime of parenthood.

Autumn would never go on hormones even if you held her at gunpoint so it's not like it'd be an issue for her, though.
