Before the Imholte situation became apparent around the start of this year, my personal suspicion as to what "swinging" became was that it ended up being that Nick had the Pantsu Pass Lady Gollum Grant to pick up prostitutes.

• Nick was linked through Instagram with one person whose escort ad was found.
• Nick repeatedly mentioned prostitutes on stream, including his quip to Camelot about "that's why I have all their numbers" in relation to strippers also working as escorts.
• Camelot used the term addiction/addicted in regards to Nick's relationship to prostitutes. He also said he straight up saw the prostitute Nick picked up while in Vegas for his event.
• He had the weird conversation with Kurt about the place near him that got closed down that he said he never went to.

I'm pretty sure that Aaron has said most or all of what he knew, but I don't think he was privy to all of it. Pretty sure he said he had no idea about all the prostitutes.
The information that we have in relation to Nick's debauchery is only the tip of the iceberg. I'm quite confident that over the past 2 years or so Nick's life has been at least as debauched and degenerate as Ralph's and probably a LOT more, to be honest.

IANAL but the prosecutor has already stated, in the motion to have the court proceedings recorded, that the nature of the charges did not have victims, including child victims. MN law says that one spouse can't give testimony against the other unless the accused agrees to it. It doesn't matter how much they may want to testify, they can't unless the other spouse agrees.

There are exceptions: child neglect, physical abuse, etc. Also, this only applies to testimony about things during their marriage, the time before they are married isn't protected.

I'm not interested in the other accusations on other topics, but the levels present in the test results kind of point to something worse than a single incident of careless ingestion. It was either one very large consumption incident, regular use of coke accidentally left available to her or her being given it.

There are also complications due to the attitude of the people involved. One person is doing benzos on a regular basis and sees themself as an alternative healing expert. One person is a total idiot who was bragging about deliberately reducing his body weight to dangerously unhealthy levels through malnutrition. And everyone involved is living junkie-style in a filthy house not cooking, cleaning or doing laundry for a long period of time.....in other words you are dealing with people who are already out of their minds.

The other problem is that every time these people have been given the benefit of the doubt, what they have been doing turns out to be worse than anyone would have imagined.

Its not proof by any means. but its enough to really wonder about how she came to have those levels of coke in her body.

Like I said, these guys got arrested in May on memorial day weekend. That's just over three months ago. It wasn't that long ago. Just getting to the decision to divorce is a long, grueling process. Once they all get sentenced, they'll see where they stand and if status quos need to change or not.
