I used to play Second Life a long time ago, and they had a whole huge world of sims set up in there. It became less hideous when you would interact with them and see just how socially pathetic every Gorean was.
 
I've heard of something called 'wound sex' where you basically make a flesh wound in your partner and fuck it, but I've no idea how common that is. The only people I've ever heard talk about it were the shock-value types who are into--or at least pretend they're into and talk about--really WTF things just to shock people, so I wouldn't think there are too terribly many people into it. But since there are guys with castration fetishes, it wouldn't surprise me if there were at least a few people who like it.

Either way, I'm too scared to look it up.

Those guys were almost as easy to troll as Furries on SL. They were better about actually having admins who would kick/ban you from the area instead of just crying for hours though. Also a lot more likely to shoot you with an orbiter gun that worked, and much less likelly to accept "totally awesome free item that totally isn't a particle spammer or a sim crasher".

Thing is, inasmuch as I'll think about it at all...

...the only way you could really do it would be just having a guy masturbate into the open wound. Maybe if the girl is a squirter, that'd work. But it just doesn't seem like something that could be at all physically feasible.
