I don’t think she does. When her YouTube was shut down she was mad about lost income. She has the Substack but who knows how long that will last or if people are reporting her for more strikes on her license to practice as a speech therapist.
She’s mentioned having a roommate in the past and according to her Twitter her cat was at the animsl hospital overnight recently which in CA must be minimum $1k.
She is also consuming pot illegally in Pennsylvania.
They’ve met up in at least one state where it’s legal - wasn’t the Genspect conference in CO? I think Brit was there. So there is some room for interpretation here.
I also think it’s possible Exulansic is so odd a dispensary would be nervous if she came in alone. In CO, at least when I bought gummies there, I had to get cash at an ATM and pay with that. I can see Ex pitching a fit about the out of network ATM fee or something. She comes across as bright but so socially awkward that she struggles in normal interactions. She does probably need a guide human to help her with things like this even where they’re legal.
If she does sue Brit over this dog thing it will be an uphill battle. She herself Tweeted that Brit paid for her to go to urgent care. If the dog’s licensed in the town or city where Brit lives I think you have to show it was vaccinated for rabies for that. Lastly Sierra’s affect and way she moves/acts are so strange I think a judge would take that into account. The same way if a 2 year old pulls a dog’s tail and it nips the kid they don’t destroy the dog - it’s easy to see how Ex’s weird behavior could be misinterpreted by a dog. And it’s a nip at best not a mauling. Brit did act very responsibly by paying for Sierra to get checked out at urgent care. I swear, Exulansic has an incredible gift for making enemies even of people who try to like her. Maybe especially of people who try to like her.
She was trying to do makeup and workout videos when she first got booted from YouTube. She was trying to find new ways to expand her audience as a lifestyle brand. Her ‘swolehalla’ video was really bad and her food tip was eating microwaveable Uncle Ben’s rice I think. She has very little awareness of her limits.
Sierra IS ultimately an attention seeking LOLcow even though some of her videos make decent points. She’s not on Twitter trying to change laws or have serious discussions. She looks for weak targets to put on blast. If they made these trans surgeries illegal she would be mad about loss of income, I think she’s at a point where she wants attention not change. I can’t imagine her having a thriving practice as a therapist of any kind. You have to be able to develop rapport for that. Brit tried to develop rapport with her and look how that’s playing out.
I suspect Sierra is about to Oscar Wilde herself with a lawsuit. Sierra’s book smart but horribly un people smart. Jon Uhler alleges she falsely claimed to be a patient and reported him. She allegedly made a bad report to CPS about Brittany. If she’s filing bad reports like that it could put her own license in jeopardy.
If I was Jon Uhler I’d have my lawyer write to her board and I’d also ask my lawyer if that kind of interstate harassment/false reporting is something the FBI would be interested in. She is going after people who maybe aren’t the best but who are established in their fields and will protect their reputations if they need to.
Sierra is going to fuck herself over, it’s only a matter of time. Her neighbors and coworkers might be willing to let some things slide. She is probably the town weirdo and everyone feels bad for her. But she is going after public figures by filing false reports and threatening their families. She put Uhler’s obviously unstable daughter online in a lengthy interview. She went after Brit’s minor children. She’s pissing people who are much more functional than she is off - this cannot end well for her.
