The original sub (r/smartschoolboy9) doesn't seem to be public anymore and has been on a massive banning spree. Most splinter communities complain about it.
As said before, the manhunt reached a plateau. Most people are running in circles or are finally considering other possibilities. One of the more recent posts in r/ok_jo14 is finally asking for the newspaper article on the court case. Don't expect anything practical to be done tho.
Most people are just tossing the Doncaster address. r/smartschoolboy9new had someone that believed finding a DALE van in the driveway on Google Street could be used as a clue. Another person, Bigissuuue, is passing this file as SSB9's identity.

The address was the first thing doxed. The name seems right. If I may, this doesn't really add anything we weren't aware of/educated guesses we couldn't corroborate and considering a redditor did it, it probably meant no effort at all. Yes, SSB9 was married if this is really him.
But we also have established that there are too many Davids and too many paedos in England. There was that flat that was listed under three Davids, which could simply be his aliases. Extraordinary finds deserve extraordinary skepticism.
Could be David Walter Gibson, David Warren Gibson, maybe neither. Really the only new "development" is that the footage could have been filmed as early as 2007, which could explain why he doesn't look 60, that he lived somewhere else during his peak activity, prolly near Centre Hall, and that he likely moved because of social pressure. All of these claims are speculation in case it wasn't obvious and even thought I do believe BrazilAnon I can't fit the Bramhan Road address unless it was a family asset. So I'm a normal American person and not British, but I thought English culture was big on tolerating eccentrics to an absurd degree? Hence the likes of Saville being able to be so floridly creepy without anyone speaking up? His being known locally but not being much documented online just doesn't seem that strange to me. Could you link the video from 2007 here? I was thinking that since the UK is so heavily surveilled, that there would have to be CCTV footage of this guy somewhere doing his antics in Doncaster. I do think that the individual that is listed on that website is most likely him knowing what we already know. This is entirely unsubstantiated but I found the SSB9 account at least a year ago, it obviously piqued my interest and I sent it to a friend of mine (As the accounts were deleted so are the DMs, if there's anything I can do to find the URL or account or deleted posts in DMs please let me know and I will be glad to show proof).

Besides his other accounts, he followed a few kids and some of them followed him back. I'm going to assume he was probably trying to spark up conversations with these kids. I'm not sure if anyone has a list of the accounts he followed but one that I vividly remember was probably about 10 and posted about him playing for a football academy (I think it was PSG). He had a resemblance to a very young Xavi Simons (blonde, curly afro and mixed race). He had a large-ish following so I'm fairly certain someone could find him.

His posts went back years and were all largely similar in theme. Initially I thought it was just some Harvey Price-type sped with a parent trying to help them fit in, it wasn't until I noticed he'd been posting about starting Year 7 for several years that I got suspicious. Most of his posts were about pretty average spacker LARP activities; joining the school sticker club, being made fun of by other students, getting the bus, waving around a lunch box etc. Nothing one could deem illegal though.

So I checked the /r/smartschoolboy9 subreddit to see what people were saying and I was stunned at just how stupid the theories floating around there are. One of the theories floating around there is that he could be connected to the disappearance of Andrew Gosden:



To be clear, Andrew Gosden was a 14 year old boy from Doncaster who disappeared after traveling to London. The only connection he and SSB9 have is that they both lived in Doncaster. So presumably, these Redditors thinks it's plausible that a 14 year old befriended a man who looks like a sleep paralysis demon clown and then agreed to travel to a different city to meet with him, by himself. Amazing detective work on display here.
