This gets asked from time to time.

If I recall correctly, one of the pests was doing a bit, playing a black guy and told Fatrick that he farted in Niki’s vagina.

Fatrick of course angrily replied “No Stalker, you didn’t fart in my wife’s vagina.”

So like Fatrick’s toilet, Fatrick’s brother and many other bits, the pests started running with it because it got hilarious angry reactions out of him.

It might also be because Fatrick gives off an impression that he is secretly racist, but virtue signals as being a fighter of fascists.
I suspect they do this kind of thing in the hope he rage tweets a racist insult or something, and they can screen grab it and throw it back at him.
