RYAN ROUTH CLAIMED TO BE AN AGENT FOR FOREIGN MERCENARIES. Ryan Routh claims to have spent 6 months in Ukraine and traveled to other war-ravaged countries where he maintained a network of military connections in Taiwan, North Korea, Ukraine and Afghanistan. He offered 10's of thousands of soldiers as private mercenaries to fight in various conflicts. Hard to tell whether he was full of sh!t or truly able to deliver on his promises.
I agree it's a little hard to see what is true or not because the dude types like a schizo but seems to have at least some photos/documentation to back it up.
