And to be doing the shit he was supposedly doing in Ukraine, he had to be connected somehow. I doubt he would be viewed as stable enough to be a real bonafide fed but he screams asset.

I believe its just standard practice for Facebook and major platforms themselves to hide social media profiles of shooters and the like. It has almost always been the case since as long as I can remember. I assume they do it to avoid glorifying or acting like a digital shrine and also to help not impede any investigations that happen. I don't believe the FBI or anyone asks for profiles to be wiped (but I could be wrong).
If you look at it from the same perspective as Twitch or YouTube or whatever having some horrible person have a profile, then they just don't want to be associated with them anymore (also because of advertisers) so they just ban their profile. It makes sense from that perspective.
