From the pixelated images i that there is from this guy it doesnt look like vitiligo, from the images online i find vitiligo tends to appear on the edges where the parts of the face connect, for example there are a lot of pictures of people with vitiligo that manifests in places such as the nasofacial junction, orbitral rim, melolabial fold and labiomental crease, which in smartschoolboy9's case is not true. Now that i think about it he likes dressing as a little girl it could be make up, and thats why the powder or white stain seems to be silver. He could've bought a eye shadow (not really likely but still) and put it all over his face.

The story is that he mainly has it in his hands. Vitiligo can act in a variety of ways and degrees, for example both Jon Hamm and Steve Martin have vitiligo. Hamm in his hands and Martin either a bit in his eyes or was completely taken over by it. There's also the case of Argentinian songwriter Charly Garcia, who mostly only had it in the right lower side of his face and it resulted in a two colour moustache. Vitiligo is a lot more complex than how Tumblr makes it out to be. SSB9 is covered with a shit ton of face paint and is using filters, maybe we can theorize he has some on his lower face but is hard to tell.
EDIT: I can see the case for him having it near his hairline and eyes. I think is quite possibly the case.
I want to retake the BrazilianBro lead just to show you something. While he doesn't outright confirm these addresses (he specifically said he maybe lived there) I think is still worth a closer look if just for archival purposes.
The first address is in between Town Moor Avenue and Bennetthorp. This two streets don't intersect.
There is a massive space of cheap housing and smacked in between two streets that would be connected if it weren't for A18/Leger Way is a considerable big complex for special care one highway away from the golf course. It mainly is dedicated to the deaf and speech therapy.
Follow Town Moor and you end in a Dance School. If you follow Bennetthorp you get to the Town Field which has a primary school and the home pitch of Mental Health FC. Donny truly is a magical place.
The second address was between Brantwood Cres and Bramhan Road, which do intersect. This is where he may have a courtyard.
You probably already noticed the greenery of the scenery. Cantley Woods is the giant patch of trees in front of the presumed location, the right is Sn Cantley Hall Park.
There are plenty of parks and playgrounds in this part of town. Acacia Road Play at the bottom of the image is closest and Hawthorn Primary on the left.
To end this we have the Christ Church house as the red pin, hidden behind what looks to be a very crappy Polish translation service. Yes, this entire part of Donny is covered by several obviously migrant owned businesses targeting migrant needs.
Centre-bottom is Hall Cross Academy and right next to it is the Town Field.
This may come as out of left field but I think he is an hebephile. He exclusively is interested in pre-pubescent and pubescent kids. If he was a regular paedo he would go for the primary that's right there with the massive plot of land in both addresses. He says he is 10-11, so he probably gets off the idea of being with someone this age or slightly older. If the Christ Church house was really rented, he maybe did become a rentoid so he would be closer to Hall Cross instead of having to drive. This implies he only had access to the properties his family owned and maybe didn't have a car/license since you would think given his appearance and infamy he would be a common fixture of public transport.

I mean, since he clearly can make it to the house he can walk from there to the Council tomorrow till Thursday from 9:30-4:30. Perhaps if he talks about the seriousness of the ordeal he may receive some support from the people at the archives. Maybe use the backlog of information he is supposed to have access to that goes as far back as 1999 (probably starting with the letter addressed to a Church of God magazine I covered) to discover the specific issue of the local newspaper that covers a court case several parties have corroborated did happen (likely in 2004), that may have his full legal name and even face without make-up, or just a better quality photo. Maybe even some of the people affected and possible previous incidents to make a new case. Maybe some of the employees even remember key details no one has uncovered yet, maybe one has a vendetta and would help for the banter. But hey, that's just me, coping yet being grateful that my family wasn't retarded enough to move to Yorkshire.
