I had an informational post on the acne that is associated with testosterone abuse. Definitely counts as a horror.

I know some good info about this. There's two types of severe acne that I know of that's associated with ingestion of hormones. Usually, the people who get this are xyy males, people who have hormonal issues, and juiced bodybuilders but apparently there has been a few trans men who have gotten these types of acne from taking T.

Firstly, there is Nodulocystic acne or more specifically Acne Conglobata, which is the rare severe subtype.

Acne conglobata (AC) is a rare but severe form of nodulocystic acne. It usually presents with tender, disfiguring, double or triple interconnecting comedones, cysts, inflammatory nodules, and deep burrowing abscesses on the face, shoulders, back, chest, upper arms, buttocks, and thighs.

Acne fulminans may arise from pre-existing AC lesions in a patient or may arise entirely de novo after initiation of isotretinoin therapy or in relation to anabolic steroid use.

In pooners it’d be a case of fixing the hormone imbalance as well as actual wound care with a strong acne medication/steroid cream. She fought her body and lost. We know she didn’t immediately stop the T when it started, and we can assume that her hygiene was poor and she considered it a totally normal boy thing. It’s also likely that she just wallowed at home in dirty clothes and bedding. She did nothing to help her situation when reversal was likely possible.

Once there’s crater scars you’d need skin grafts, but that usually counts as cosmetic in acne related cases. Laser allegedly can reduce scar appearance, however I’m not sure how good it is for deep scars like this. Plus it too would be considered a cosmetic procedure. What’s that? You can get a flesh tube and your tits cut off for free but can’t have this actually life changing positive thing? Lol welcome to the world you created

Not sure when she stopped the testosterone, but in any case, it almost doesn't matter, as this sort of acne is like a runaway train. Once it starts, there's enough momentum to keep it going on its own.
Based on the pics and timelines she's given, she's been off testosterone for some time, but her back is still erupting in puss filled grossness.

In looking around, it does appear that this sort of acne is not a hygiene related problem. Plenty of teens and young adults being absolutely disfigured by this, despite doing every treatment and using every cleanser they can find. Once it starts, it's incredibly difficult to control, which almost all medical literature I could find notes as the biggest problem with this acne.

The amazing thing about this retard is that she didn't need to go through this. This was totally self induced, brought on entirely by introducing excess testosterone into a female body.

Bodies are complex systems. Once you upset the balance of one thing, your body will try to correct that imbalance, often resulting in further imbalances elsewhere.
These complex systems, which we still don't even partially understand, can't be predicted, and we never know exactly what, where and how will be affected. So just leave shit alone.

Fraxel or CO2 laser would definently help but its expensive, painfull and can take up to 2 weeks to heal. She cant sleep on her back and would need someone to clean and apply ointment. Not an easy solution but then again, pooners love torturing themselves.
