Yes and no. Yes, she's a crybully and loves to make both baseless and real threats that she has the potential to act upon and a large portion of her internet activity is dedicated to harassing specific targets, but it's mostly tightly grasping a personal vendetta that she will never let drop. I could go out of my way to fuck with her and her response will be to blame Lamby, Gaea, Aislinn, her mother or her step-father instead of saying "Catgirls, you're a dick". Hell, she probably believes that everyone here is someone from the Dibney Cru/past RP/SecondLife groups, much like when she decided that I was Gaea/Wandering Goddess.

If I had to pick yes or no, I'd go with no since it's more the permanent vendetta than smacking down anyone who disagrees with her, and the threats are generally always towards her prior victims. But like mentioned above, which it comes to Cowdom Emily ticks a lot of boxes.
