Yes, let's bomb a country because we feel Russia really had to of influenced our election. Screw the Russian citizens, Hillary should of won. They want to believe Russia is the reason why Trump won. In reality, they just want to war with Russia because Hillary didn't win and they think Russia really had a huge hand in this.

Let's consider what "precision bombing" would be and result in...

Planes would have to take off from around a half-dozen british airbases, 2 german bases, and one in Italy in order to carry out such a strike. An attack of this style would have to take out the powerful radar and anti-aircraft systems that litter the border area of Russia first, then strike at infrastructure such as railways, roads, bridges and power stations.

This would undeniably be an act of war with little evident follow up plan because they're libtard mouth-breathers.

Russia isn't as much of a paper cub as the idiots believe, they just want to because it's honestly downgraded to a regional power. Thing is, said regional power has a pretty decent ability to fuck things up, and the Russian military hasn't flexed its muscles since the second Chechen war.

First on the cards would be to attack and decimate the Baltic Air Policing units who're sat as a QRF/early warning system for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Followed by a rapid advance into Estonia and Latvia, returning the favour by attacking infastructure where it would slow down a Lithuanian-Polish responce. In their current form, Estonia and Latvia could easily fall within 48 hours. Tit for tat with a side order of extra tat. It's currently estimated that forces based in Germany could need anything up to 72 hours to begin to move in any meaningful way, which is why the RRF has moved to Lithuania.

The Russian Federation currently has around 200 medium range missiles, nuclear capable, sitting in the Kaliningrad enclave. Should US air support continue, as it inevitably would while the rest of Europe begins panicking and shitting itself because the other members did not want this.

Germany will begin to lead a sue for peace alongside pretty much the entire alliance due to the US acting unilaterally. The EU would probably make this an excuse to order any NATO command infastructure not staffed exclusively by americans to be transferred to their authority. The French would assume control of such places instead. NATO begins to collapse.

Ultimately, as noted in the wargames conducted for the BBC recently, a "rogue russian commander" will drop a low yield tactical weapon of some sort. Aimed at either a US airbase (so either part of Germany gets nuked, or one of the bases in the UK does) resulting in thousands dead and irradiated, useless farmland from the fall out. Or it nukes a US carrier, resulting in over 5,000 deaths and the reduction of 10% of the US's projectional Blue Water power.

Peace talks are called for with the Kremlin, lead by Brussels while the US begins to find its ability to function and resupply throttled by europeans who want to stop the "mad americans" roads are blocked by local military or law enforcement, alongside protestors which sees logistics and resupply grind to a halt.

Kremlin demands at the negotiations are harsh, the removal of US bases in europe, the withdrawal of all multi-national forces from the border states of Poland and Lithuania, and the Baltic Republics of Estonia and Latvia to be ceeded to the Russian Federation.

The EU, lead by Germany and France agree to the removal of the US bases, and eventually ceed to other russian demands. Estonia and Latvia are lost. All of Europe is furious at the mad behaviour of the americans and the US is forced to begin a withdrawal from Europe.

End result:

Loss of two of the Baltic States
Loss of US base/carrier
Irradiated farmland/sea
Tens of Thousands dead
NATO collapses
Total US withdrawal from Europe
US condemned the world over.

This, Ladies and GentleKiwis, is why NATO is a defensive alliance and not some mouth-breather's plaything for dick measuring contests.
