If the people making complaints are exposed they will absolutely be made an example of whether they're lying or not, either by the government or the police being ordered to do nothing as they're terrorized by Haitians. I do think there has to be some kind of hard 'proof' presented about the pets though. Regardless of what people think of Vance as a person I think he's an excellent politician. I don't have problems with the way Trump speaks because I understand simple talk doesn't make a simple man, but it's still important to have someone who is an articulate speaker and he's quick to put journos in their place. His fat ewok energy is incomparably more masculine than whatever the mainstream is trying to push about Walz' 'big man daddy' image. Walz has the same aura as the troon creep in Biden's admin.
It's aggravating so many people are focused on the exterior of a politician instead of their actual acts, then are for some reason shocked (well not that shocked, they cope) that the game of politics is a giant twisted pile of shit. Obama is beautifully well-spoken to the point apparently a significant number of his supporters don't really understand his vocabulary or what he's even talking about, they just pushed that button. The elites are suddenly no longer as confident in their security as they were. The USSS and the Feds have been shown to be compromised and rather useless when it comes to protecting their assets due to years of under funding and DIE hires being shoved into roles that really do need an actual well trained and skilled professional to fill them.

They've realized all it would take to kill them is some rando conservative with a gun and and an intent. And with the plans they have for the future of the US there will be a lot of blow back and a lot of angry conservatives with guns and little to lose roaming around. So suddenly it's time for the USSS to have it's budget increased and in the same stroke of the pen drop all the DIE and BRIDGE framework and get actual talented and skilled people into the proper roles for when it will be the elites turn to come under fire.

Funny how little it takes to make these types suddenly do an about face on their DIE agenda when it come to their own personal safety.

I did, but Pig Cups is correct. It was a consistent pattern of extremely boring with a couple months of extremely hectic and stressful. The perks were great, paid well with excellent healthcare, good vacations, and anyone who branched into the more personal side of being an aide can attest the parties are fantastic. When younger I got very drunk on the company's dime quite a few times. Surprisingly excellent job security too, so long as you are willing to work for whoever is willing to pay. The old hands like me also realize there are a lot of side benefits. When helping to analyze policy you often see just enough to make educated guesses on the stock market for example, but not enough that it legally counts as insider trading.

Though overall it really does take a toll. Long hours, sleepless nights, demanding employers, and an absolute lack of acknowledgement from above. Seen more than a few new hires eventually flounce out because it left them feeling like they were a completely unwanted cog in the machine.
