LawTube - Lawyers sperging at each other on YouTube

Isn’t it interesting that once Kurt turned on Nick, a new account showed up to air some of Kurt’s dirty laundry? I’m a big fan of dirty laundry and of finding out more about Kurt’s origin story, so no quarrel there. But the timing and brand new account registered specifically to drag Kurt is pretty thunkful.
Kurt might be a sperg, but he's not railing bitches like a college frat while banging rail lines with his youngest kid.

It would never have occurred to me to even compare the two; there is simply no contest between them for biggest, most embarrassing and shameful fuckup. Nick has that crown locked in perpetuity.

I was merely pointing out that the manner of this revelation seems very much like the kind of thing the embittered former streamer Nick Rekieta would get up to.

YouTube Lawyers... yes they are all cows. Every fucking one of them.
No! You're forgetting about Legal Mindset.... He's just a successful lawyer who moved to a town in Thailand that is famous for it's child sex trade.

(To be clear I don't think Andrew is a pedo, I'm referencing what real and legitimate lawyer Robert Barnes said while baldo-gaurding)

You know Legal Mindset was in Asia because he was on the run from process servers who were attempting to collect the huge debts he'd accrued? Mindset has always been a front runner in the lawtube lolcow stakes.

And now Legal Mindset seems to spend his days covering VR anime whores' various dramas and pseudo-legal disputes. That Florida Law education is being put to good use.

On the other hand, Kurt isn't really a cow. He's just mostly depressing and sad. His original defense of Nick wasn't prompted by psychopathic tendencies like JuJu and Ralph, but the fact he has got no friends and he was trying to stick with someone that vaguely tolerated him occasionally. I always assumed despite the personality/autism related problems he was a good patent examiner, but I guess not based on the lawsuit.

Nick doesn’t deserve the kind of loyalty Kurt was trying to show him.

Only because the bitches won't have him and no one would even sell him blow.

I am a woman. Thousands of years of evolution have given me and others who are true and honest the ability to spot certain dangers. Kurt gives me the chills and always has. When some lady lawtubers started calling him a creep I knew my instincts were right on.

If it hit the interwebs tomorrow that Kurt's home was raided and they found a kill room, several female articulated skeletons, a bone drying set up and journals bound in human skin, I would not be surprised.

Don't be dramatic. Does this really look like the face of a killer?

The content is pretty good though. Kick 'em when they're up, kick 'em when they're down.

Not really. But it looks like the face of a patent sperg, an incel, and a dude who lost a ridiculous, frivolous lolsuit where the federal judge warned him if he tried to bring that shit again, he might be sanctioned.

In short, the dude is legally a tard.

What in the literal fuck is this? Like what I am looking at right now? Why did he film this?

Wasn't a lawtube viewer, didn't know who Rekeita was until the arrest. Looked into things, watched some videos of takes, and come across Kurt sweeping for Nick with some I'm just a naive guy who doesn't know the first thing about drugs but I just care about my friend schtick. Eventually he was holding in a piggy meltdown over people pointing out he didn't care about the child victims and was just sweeping for his friend. Of course he cares about the children he is saying aren't victims and nothing happened to!

Then after more dropped all of a sudden he was on Nate's podcast acting like Nick's victim, felt like a I thought Nick Rekeita actually liked me Anonymous.

Definitely know what you are talking about. Its like a mix of incel animosity at the world for himself being a loser, the pained expression and movement of someone far too fat, and the desperate need for you to view him as a good, intelligent authority on things all without a shred of masculinity. And it was all clear within a few minutes.

As a rule, successful and capable people do not become e-beggars. Content creators are generally drawn from the lowest tier of people in society.

In the end, it's the Internet. The girl you're talking to isn't a girl, the guy you're talking to isn't banging hoes in his swanky apartment, and someone who claims to be a physicist likely took about 3 classes and dropped out. People lie about this shit even when they can't make money off of it, so imagine how much BS these 'content creators' will spew about their credentials.

It does smell like a Rekieta move, and it is funny that UL is arguably even less of a lawyer than he is. Then again, he doesn't drown his kids and coke and ruin their lives with his degenerate desperation to compensate for having a floppy dick.

Re: Kurt snorting
Doesn't he dabble in Adderall? Uncle Rackets could plant a seed of an idea that you can crush it and snort it. I suffer from seasonal allergy and the last time my sinuses were trying to kill me like Ash's hand in Evil Dead 2 was more than a month ago.
He could get a girlfriend BUT she would be fat and/or ugly like him, and dudes like Kurt want more the validation of fellow men for scoring a 6/10 at least than having a life partner.

It's so over, Uncivil bros!:lossmanjack:
Speaking of which, I can't wait for Kurt to rage and GTAB like Low Tier God again, except LTG actually talks shit on top of seething.
True. But what does that make our KF attorneys?
Lesser retards, since they didn't self dox we don't know if they're non-practicing or not. Or if they're attorneys at all.

One note. That's because Kurt literally can't have children because of his social issues. So, not a high bar.

Kurt’s community posts are so deep.

He also keeps us updated on his work outs. Hopefully a young, single woman with a dandruff fetish sees these

Kurt's unsuccessful attempt to sue the Patent Office wasn't his first foray into federal court as a pro se litigant:

Mueller v. UNITED STATES NATIONAL PARK SERVICE et al

US District Court for the Eastern District of Virgin

1:2012cv00632

Back in 2012, Kurt challenged the prohibition on dangerous weapons at federal facilities so as to be allowed bring a firearm to an outdoor "Rock of Ages" concert. Kurt lost the case on summary judgement.

I have no idea about the quality of Kurt's arguments in this case. @AnOminous?

The judge apparently didn't think much of them. While it's unusual for a national park to be a place for concerts, and Wolf Trap is I believe the only one (as the government argued), it's still a national park. Much like federal courthouses and other federal property, it's entirely within the domain of the feds to prohibit concealed carry, even under current Second Amendment jurisprudence.

It seems like a quixotic tilting at windmills thing to me.

I'm not going to say outright that it was stupid even to file the lawsuit, since I assume he had some ideological reason for it more than that he was in some kind of incel rage at not being able to bring a gun to a concert. But who knows?

Thanks for your thoughts! I'm surprised Kurt hasn't spoken about this lawsuit. From what you say, there doesn't seem to be anything to be embarrassed about and it would be an interesting story for him.
