Hector Martin / Héctor Martín Cantero / @marcan42 / マルカン / @marcan42x / @marcan@treehouse.systems / Asahi Lina / Asahi Linux - Developer of Asahi Linux with a VTuber persona. Made Byuu's death unbelievable. Constantly accuses others of harassment and abuse. Hates Hacker News and Kiwi Farms.

This shit keeps hitting new levels of autism and tranny retardation.

CyanNyan announced that he's collaborating with Hector in a "Tokyo Hacker Girls" duo, and they're allegedly collecting a ten grand to organize a "3D wedding stream".

I think this wedding needs a FAQ.

Q: Do we get to see photos of the wedding, or any of the people getting married?
A: No
Q: Do we get to know the name of CyanNyan?
A: No
Q: Is the other person getting married named Hector Martin?
A: This is an incredibly rude question, according to a social norm I personally made up
Q: Why would I donate a single cent to fund a wedding of two people who won’t identify themselves?
A: Because our fake voices are so cute!!!

I can at least see why you would donate money to the Asahi Linux project, because Hector and his team generate high-quality driver code for Linux on Apple Silicon. But this is like a 2001-style psychedelic journey into the depths of narcissism.

"Chloe" Sagal infamously came up for a fake fundraiser that was actually for his cock-chop. Just saying.
Remember that's how Kiwi Farms literally murdered Sagal even though the exposure of that was an actual journalist who uncovered the scam and was then fired from his job for it even though it was completely true.

I'm rusty on Chloe Sagal/Kiwifarms lore but based on "her" posts, isn't the main cause of suicide her abusive boyfriend and/or her fellow tranny "friends" who didn't help her when she was at her lowest (eg she was homeless)? Kiwifarms doesn't enter into it much, if at all.

It's a sad fact that Sagal was practically impossible to get along with especially as time went on. As much as the cause of death was indeed homelessness and by Sagal's own claims, the failure of the mental health system to do anything effective, and as much as Sagal's friends did indeed chuck her out on the street, they really had no choice.

She was acutely psychotic and sometimes violent including with weapons. This was not some histrionic cry for help but an escape from a hellish existence.

I'm not going to be a shithead like the people who use Sagal's death as a bludgeon against the Farms and blame friends for failing to help someone who quite literally couldn't be helped.

If Hector got it wrong here, I'm surprised people aren't more skeptical of his technical abilities.
Give it a bit. Systems programming can be complex, even skilled programmers get things horribly wrong now and again. But, as incidents where Hector is wrong time and again, other

Perhaps this thread needs a poll? How long will this marriage last? Suggested options: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and they break up before the virtual wedding date.

Fun fact that might be relevant, but when you marry someone that is a resident of Japan you become eligible for a family visa right away.
And while Japan does not allow homosexual marriage, it recognizes marriages that were made by foreign countries, even if it's two men.

No idea if their 'marriage' is only a virtual thing for their erotic roleplay, but if the Cyan dude wants to move to Japan to be with his gay lover but doesn't have what's required to have a normal visa, marriage is a very easy option. The fact that their gay fantasy is "Tokyo hacker girls" makes me think that they intend on living in Tokyo together. Is the other guy already living in Japan, and if yes, does he have a real job?

I am highly skeptical either of these men are capable of getting off on anything other than hentai. God only knows what kind of islamic shit they've had drawn featuring their avatars but you can be certain that their wedding night will be them doing voice chat with full filters while jacking it. Extremely haram.

Looks like Hector Martin is possibly lying to save face for the Godot drama that's been happening lately:

Love how he started with "This is 100% fake" before conceding that it was actually an email notification. So it turned out to be real. Hector, if you can get it wrong that easily, why should we trust the shit that comes out your mouth?

And if that wasn't bad enough he then goes "This is why that person was blocked, BTW". It's the typical narcissist prayer of it didn't happen and if it did it was a good thing.

Archived.

He then slams the comments shut because y'all can't behave !! Just another sign of his inevitable troon-out.

I understood immediately what the intended message was, he just conveyed it terribly, might just be the ESL in him. Didn't need 15 tweets to say "blocking on github doesn't prevent you from pulling code".

Hector is a fat faggot retard who is so stupid and such a bad liar that even when he tells the truth about something (like that he had a "friend" who was killing himself he didn't do anything about it at all except jerk off to a faggy French metal song), nobody believes him.

I went looking through LKML for a bit, thinking that I might catch Hector agreeing with himself through his Asahi Lina persona. The results aren't as funny as expected, but I did find him talking to himself in three minor instances:
first (A) 8 Dec 2022
second (A) 31 Jan 2023
third (A) 28 Mar 2023
Note that the whole drama around allowing pseudonyms in Linux was around 23 Jan 2023.

There might be more, but that'd likely require a full LKML archive for 2023 and 2024, which is a bit awkward to get. I might get around to it at a later point, but feel free to snipe me. Remarkably, if I search for Asahi Lina and Hector Marcan at the same time on LKML via Google, I'm informed that some results have been omitted under European data protection laws. What a weird thing to see in the context of LKML of all places, huh?

If he's using this to get around the requirements that patches be reviewed by somebody else, that's absolutely haram. Sockpuppetry was one of the factors in the xz-utils mess.

I think this message just triggers if it sees you're searching for a person's name.
