If you look at the bottom of the image you will see the phrase CAPIAS. Two pages later we get a definition of CAPIAS and it is a type of warrant that is issued.


Non-retards can take these two things and put them together and deduce that a warrant has been issued for BMJ due to violating his signature bond.
