Jimmy Responds In PR Statement To Backlash About Feastables:

But MrBeast what was it you said about Lunchly?

Real Food.png

How many riffs off the name Lunchables is Jimmy going to use? First it was Feastables, now it’s Lunchly. This guy hasn’t a creative bone in his body.
Well obviously he will have to do the reverse and call the next food related grift, I mean product, Feastly. Naturally it has to be a drink consisting of a slurry of very healthy canola oil, HFCS, and heavy metals. ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS!

dogpack interview by TheAsherShow just came out.
Dogpack is doing a promotional tour I think, he was on Rosanna's channel in a cooking segment a few days ago.

Also, Dogpack404 and Rosanna are cooking together on her latest video

Why do I think of Linguini when I see Dogpack like that?

Rosanna in comments.

They discuss Alex Spiro, the celebrity lawyer that Mr Beast hired. Dogpack says that it's a common tactic to feed false information and allegations to him in order for him to defame Mr Beast. He then presents a DM from a "Linda Smith," an account created in August with no followers.
2.png

This account then spread rumors to other youtube commentary channels. This confirms Mr Beast's PR team was spreading disinfo to other channels in the hope of muddying the water and discredit Dogpack.
3.png

This account then says that the sexual assault involving Locoya Hill was consensual. Dogpack says that the internal investigation at Mr Beast productions also reached the same conclusion. (Just a reminder that Locoya is a gay black man who sexually assaulted his straight white assistant).
4.png

Dogpack has spoken to Locoya Hill's victim who was trying to get hush money as part of a settlement. Dogpack sent Asher the Call Logs, Employee Verification and Metadata to confirm it was the victim. He said he spoke with someone close to the victim and could share these DMs. The victim was being Cosbyed.

5.png

Account suggests that you speak with said person, Dogpack says person won't talk back.
6.png

The account then did not respond.
7.png

They talk about Dexerto's article of Dogpack retracting DV allegations against Mr Beast. Dogpack says there are no allegations and they were instead against James Warren, Jimmy's Cousin. Dogpack had reached out to the person making the accusation but they did not respond. Dogpack still thinks the charges are still valid, either sealed or expunged or the like. Does not like how Keemstar made a big deal out of it. Dogpack can't say anything because it would go against the victims. The tweet was deleted but the article is still up.
8.png

Dogpack issued a statement on twitter to the third video. First comment is Keemstar:
9.png

Asher asks Dogpack what do you know about James Warren? Dogpack responds by saying he's a textbook abuser. His girlfriend is half his age and supposedly keeps her on a monthly allowance. Comes back to the "abusive treatment of employees." But still no hard evidence.

Jimmy supposedly threw his phone at people and they got two years severance. Severance isn't paid out all at once and that would be a breach of the termination agreement. It makes me think about how many people Jimmy has paid off that he's still paying out. Imagine people from Beast Games, we'll only hear about it in a year or two unless they join that lawsuit.
Mr Beast knows the severance package only buys them time. This is the reason Dogpack can't give specific details, because it will name names.

DOGPACK SAYS THERE ARE DOCUMENTARIES IN THE MAKING GETTING PEOPLE TO SPEAK ABOUT MR BEAST.
Forgive the bold text but back in March there was a documentary series on Dan Schneider and his time at Nickelodeon. The Mr Beast situation here is prime material for that type documentary and there are possibly hundreds of former employees who have an axe to grind and just need a microphone to speak out about it.

The new info on Locoya Hill. Dogpack initially didn't believe the Locoya Hill allegation about him roofing people. Someone sent Dogpack a Buzzfeed article that quotes Locoya Hill in the context of a date rape drug.
10.png
11.png

Dogpack now says there are multiple victims that have been drugged with GHB by Locoya. He says the reason he got moved from Mr Beast productions to Creator Global was because there was another incident, not because of Dogpack's video. Dogpack knows names but the victim's still work at Beast.

Dogpack thinks that Jimmy will respond at some point in the future. When Jimmy does respond, that's his highest level of visibility, so Dogpack wants more evidence for when he eventually does respond. "Which he's stacking up right now." Or does he wait till MSM picks it up, which they have and Mr Beast looks bad because he hasn't responded. Remember he just launched Lunchly instead of addressing the allegations.

Dogpack says he refers people to other people, namely those working on documentaries. He says he doesn't know if there will be a 4th video, as he's currently working with other youtubers instead. He says that all the information he has he's put into a document and then two weeks later, he went back to say that he could use it but couldn't find the document his screenshot came from because the company is scrubbing internal drives.
He's talked to so many people and says at the beginning of each conversation "I won't use anything without your permission." This makes it hard to add things to the record and his videos, which is why the 3rd vid felt so sloppy, he was ghosted, couldn't talk to people and could only use allegations. There's also things he can't say but are corroborated by multiple people, like the Locoya Hill druggings.

Asher says Rosanna is doing heavy lifting, going through DMs and will probably have a new video out soon. Dogpack has dinner "With the nicest people possible" while forming networks of former Mr Beast employees. A segment on the NBC news show where they interviewed Rosanna. Asher saying that no one believed her back in October so now she's getting vindicated. Dogpack says she got deminished in her claims because "She was only edited out" but it was for a million dollars and they were cheating. She got death threats over it, her niece playing a soccer game with a picture of a gun. Dogpack's death threats are twitter DMs that have the wrong adress.

Dogpack quotes a clip of Jimmy saying "What Hollywood can do for $20 million, we can do for $2 million" in regards to Jimmy hosting fake contests, cutting corners and having employees as contestants to not pay more to contestants. "Youtube is like the Uber of Hollywood."

Dogpack says he will make a video once Mr Beast responds. Asher asks Dogpack what's next. Dogpack says he was happy to walk away once the situation was done but he's made valuable connections of the last few weeks he wants to explore. Alot of youtubers are happy at exposing Mr Beast in youtube DMs.

That's it. So, major new aligation in Locoya Hil drugging multiple people backed up by the Buzzfeed article. Dogpack clearing the air over the reception to the third video and the possibility of documenteries in the future.
A good interview.

I don't get the point of this lunchly drama at all, why are people getting mad at them for launching some snack food brand specifically?, don't get me wrong I would never buy from them as influencer-backed products are overwhelmingly just mediocre, overpriced slop and I get shitting on MrBeast, Logan Paul, and KSI because influencers are a net drain on society and often grift their audiences (remember how many of these faggots pumped and dumped their fans during the crypto boom?), but I think this is the wrong angle to attack with.

Are we REALLY trying to moralfag them for selling junk food when it's not really that egregious, considering there are so much more substantial shit to hate them for?

But, the one thing that should tick everyone off is the fact the MrBeast was willing to associate him and his company to two known grifters just capitalize off of the collective audience, its not really beating the view that public has on him being nothing but a soulless, corporate husk, maybe Jimmy has finally realized that he will never be respected by the wider internet community ever again like he used to, so he just leans to maximizing his margins as much as possible, no longer giving a fuck about his public image

It's easy to forget that she nearly won (2nd or 3rd place I think) and the winner of a million dollars supposedly hid in the ceiling when everyone was instructed not to. I'd be pissed too. Then she got edited out of her spot so it makes her look like a liar or idiot for claiming she almost won.

What makes me MATI about this is that they know for a fact that they don’t give a shit at all about feeding kids healthier food or whatever; it’s about having a product that they can beg their moms to buy every week on the family grocery run. It’s about repeated income. Pretending that it exists for moral reasons is bullshit, and that’s why I think the nitpicking of the slop macros is warranted.

There definitely is much, much more to better moralfag over, but smarmy lying like this is what makes my ‘tism angry.

If they're going this route then it will accomplish nothing more than making it a small talk/gossip topic for a few weeks. That documentary only served to make Drake Bell look slightly more sympathetic, not make Dan Schneider look any worse.

People need to understand that we need either core action or full on demonetization/ban from YouTube for either Paul or Jimmy to have any repercussions. But YouTube doesn’t want to get rid of their golden gooses that make money of scamming children. Whose next Mark Rover

Ok we are in a very weird timeline because
What the heck is this ?

According to Asarch, the accident took place at the end of filming on September 11, 2024, when a 6×6 piece of a tower fell on the unnamed person.

This is unseen level of irony here...Jimmy career really be crashing down like the twin towers....:story:
Call me superstitious but i see an omen for Jimmy in this ....

He also says electrolytes because saying something like, ‘our slop has a ton of electrolytes,’ sounds way better than ‘our slop is loaded to the brim with salt.’
... Wait, holy shit, he's doing a literal Idiocracy marketing moment
itsgotelectrolytes.jpg

I genuinely don't remember the last time I've actually seen a brand try to use electrolytes as part of their marketing material, outside of Gatorade which it's always been their main schtick, and especially not in anything that involves an actual food/meal replacement product(s).

... Wait, holy shit, he's doing a literal Idiocracy marketing moment
Im currently writing a medium sized post? About the current prime legal battle ...both jimmy and logan products have ingredients filled with carcinogens and heavy metals inside.
They even have some Disneyesque fine prints for lunchly....
Considering i have screening on the 20...i just......it personally irk me a bit...

That documentary only served to make Drake Bell look slightly more sympathetic, not make Dan Schneider look any worse.
I'd have to disagree. A lot of my coworkers had no idea what Dan Scneider was up to until they saw the documentary. It's the same thing with Ava. Only niche groups knew what was going on while the general public was oblivious.

Dog Packalypse (DMs Were Leaked…):

1726730588102.png

In today’s stream, NicolasDeOreo discussed Bowblax and revealed extensive message exchanges with Dogpack404. He also showcased conversations between YouTuber CopeAndSeethe and Dawson. Regardless of differing opinions on Dogpack, the DMs strongly indicate that he should not be involved in this case and have revealed his willingness to mislead on critical details. He demonstrates a lack of diligence in vetting his sources, often sharing sensitive information about allegations and employees with other content creators without verifying accuracy or obtaining consent from the people involved.

This behavior endangers current MrBeast employees, highlighting the serious implications of his actions. While defending him may be tempting, we must prioritize the real lives at stake. Yes, Nicolas did leak these DMs without the consent of Dogpack but it was also Dawson’s job to be careful with this information. He failed…..

I'm loving the Mr Beast drama, there a lot of good stuff in this lawsuit but the one thing I don't see people talking about is no. 7

7. Defendants knowingly misclassified the Contestants XXXXX in part, to obtain a tax credit for two million, two hundred fifty-two thousand, five hundred twenty-three dollars ($2,252,523) from the State of Nevada, which Defendants, on information and belief, would not have received if they had disclosed the Production’s actual labor costs, including the significant labor of the Contestants, in the budget they presented to the Nevada Film Commission with their tax-credit application.

tax fraud, tax fraud will get him. Mark my words.
