Yea I could be wrong but there is a day for public and cosplayers are allowed but they are really only expected to be in the cosplay zone not like wondering around putting greasy hands on things.I saw that the other day and wondered what would be funnier: if he posted on Facebook "THEY DIDN'T LET ME IN BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY THE COSPLAY REGISTRATION WAAAAH! WAAAAH!" or if he paid the admission and a chubby autistic mid-thirties version of Miles Edgeworth was seen wandering around a relatively high profile game show.
I might be wrong but isn't TGS a relatively esteemed event for game devs and journalists as opposed to some kind of comic con? On top of that, I'm pretty sure you aren't allowed in if your personal hygiene isn't up to par (knowing the stinky sweaty skin-flaking shedding Chibi, that alone will be a serious roadblock)
Its very much more of a trade show like e3 used to be until it went public.
