yep. take this with a grain of salt, as i can’t remember jackshit from the video, but birdie said something to synni in the recording of the call along the lines of: “at the time…….. i said yes, but …… now ive only noticed whats happened to me ……..”
IIRC this was related to one of the acts of sexual harassment that synni had apparently done, as birdie then directly says that she “told synni to stop and she kept going” with ”touching her crotch” apparently.

And to be honest... It was very reckless of Birdie confronting Synni about the situation and wanting attention about it right away. You know why?

Because there was a risk of Synni hurting or killing her, along with the cats. Birdie should have waited until she packed all her stuff and she was ready to move, taking the two cats with her. Birdie herself has said the situation is escalating on a dangerous level (and not seeming to be taking the situation seriously). We all have seen the millions of stories of people being hurt, kidnapped or killed by their exes, or said exes stalking and trying to guilt-trip them by taking their own lives.

But since Birdie already moved away, the best Synni can do is to stalk her, try to legally prosecute her or take her own life in order to guilt-trip her.

(also, it is very ironic considering Birdie was an online COCSA perpetrator after being groomed by the internet.)

you legally can't have more than $2,000 to your name as an individual or you lose your SSI. i have no idea if this would be some kind of exception, but given the fact that she's already committed fraud, i doubt this'll end well

I did a little bit of research since I was also thinking the same thing.
Apparently no, you don’t have to pay taxes on GFM money because they are considered “personal gifts”. As long as the people who donated did not receive anything as an incentive for donating.
You do however have to still report the amount when you do your taxes during tax season.

Birdie is a retard when it comes to anything outside of internet so they could get into some tax trouble if they don’t report it.

As for the fake name and address on GFM, I’m not really sure if it’s fraud since their reason was kind of understandable, not being doxxed etc.

I'm just genuinely surprised they're keeping up that weird goofy talking quirk and making jokes about it even though their life, and possibly their cat's, or someone else's life is in danger. Imagine talking like that in a hostage situation, "HEHE FR33 TH3 K1D5 U P3D0!11!! X3 LOLOL"

To be fair, they did provide a good reason to why they did it, but they obviously don't take this situation seriously, and that SSI issue you brought up. With an ABLE savings plan, you're allowed to make up to $18k a year and have $100k or more saved without losing disability payments, but you don't immediately have a savings account once you start receiving disability checks and have to set one up. Considering Birdie isn't exactly the smartest when it comes to money, I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't go through the proper avenues to ensure she doesn't loose her benefits.

Also, I highly doubt Synni is going to do anything to the cat Birdie didn't take with her. She was already showing signs of depression so her attempting suicide is a very real possibility, but there's no reason to think she's going to hurt the cat.

I think she either threatened suicide or is threatening to somehow attempt to take Birdie down with her. For a long while there, Synni was closer to Birdie than anyone, and even what we know about Birdie in the public eye is very questionable if not outright disgusting. Have we considered the possibility that Birdie has confessed some evil shit to Synni (like the ferret-fucking confession from a few years ago) that Synni is threatening to go public with as revenge?
