I disagree. His new associates won't appreciate being called rats, riggers, or cheaters when they're gambling for overpriced commissary goodies or cash. Bossman's mouth might be writing checks his ass can't cash

If that is the date for his bond violation, that would imply the judge already chose option C. and he just had his bond revoked outright. Which what I'm reading isn't congruent with how the law is written otherwise.

I still think he is due to appear before the judge shortly for the judge to look at his violations and decide what happens out of those 3 options, and that isn't a full hearing like his plea and scheduling and is more or less rushed through. This is how it is for someone like Jeremy Dewitte in Florida, where violations are him being held until he is brought in front of the judge and told whats what and taken away.

Think he is just in holding til he can see a judge and they either cut him loose again, charge him with contempt and sentence him to 1-10 days, or send him to jail, do not pass go, do not collect that 5-pack.

It’s most likely the Judge just revokes his bond and keeps him until trial. Been watching a bunch of YouTube court cams and that’s normally what they do.
