I will go into more details later when the feature rats slow down enough to actually read the post.
For those wanting to know how long is he in for, He will be in until at least October 17 when they have his bond revocation hearing and his initial drug charge hearing in district court. Both will be before the same judge at the same time.
2 outcomes for freedom
1: Judge grants another bond, someone pays it, Austin is free to leave based on whatever those conditions are.
2: A plea is entered and accepted, and sentenced on the spot (very unlikely), and the sentence is probation/rehab.
2 outcomes for him staying in:
1: Judge does not grant bond- He is stuck in until the case is concluded. If the lawyer decides to ask for a continuance he could be in there at least 60-90 days.
2:Takes a plea deal, stays in until sentencing, then stays in until sentence complete (or released if time served)
