Sometimes he seems less retarded than people even like Ralph. And sometimes he seems so obsequiously stupid that it's beyond belief. But I just wonder what he could be like if he ever actually was touched by the Holy Ghost as it were. Idk. Again I've been vaguely familiar with him for years but only recently started actually digging into the Lord and it just seems like patrolling is way outsized. Like I listen to the phone call where they used Sally's pin to add a bunch of extra shit to the cable bill and I'm sitting here thinking like this is straight up illegal. After awhile you also stop feeling bad for Sally since she wanted blind Billy to hush hush about the rape and enables alot of chances bad behavior.
