It felt as if she had been burnt out for a long time so I always had the feeling that she will graduate sooner or later. But this whole video is such a mess so no one really understand what this actually means.
The official statement on their website is not clearer: "Watson Amelia will remain an affiliate of hololive production moving forward." So maybe tech/event support in the future? But it's basically a graduation in the middle of a big cross-branch event.
