Remember that you are looking at the PO through the eyes of BMJ. What he thought was acceptance could've been them waiting multiple tests to build a solid case that he was reoffending. I know people ITT have mentioned that some PO's are lax but I doubt there are any that allow constant crack smoking. Him missing the appointment was the crack icing on top, no doubt.

I can make my peace if bossman gets sentenced to hard time, it's waiting until October 17 that is going to suck the most. It's the not knowing that stings. I really hope he somehow gets just rehab and another suspended sentence but probably exceptionally optimistic. Kinda sucks that Virginia lets someone who rapes his demented octogenarian mother walk, but is about to roundhouse kick an addict because he slapped his dad.

Two major pieces of info have been relied on to show that Austin Curtis Peterson is a felon:
This article by Williamsburg Yorktown Daily (8/20/2015) which states Austin plead guilty to felony charge, 5 year suspended sentence...

...And Austin's big crying fit and repeated mentioning that he is a felon.

Except there is a major fucking problem with this understanding of BossmanJack... He isn't.
In looking at the Boss's docket, I noticed something that should have been more apparent earlier: NOLLE PROSEQUI (This means the prosecution stopped pursuing the charges)
In the incident with his little gang, Boss ended up catching 10 - Tampering vehicle, 7 - Stolen Credit Card (F), 2 - Petty Larceny, and 3 - Grand Larceny (F) charges.
ALL of his felony charges state: NOLLE PROSEQUI.

So being confused at where it actually states his felony conviction, I found this other article that matches what is on his docket:

Austin Curtis Peterson... entered guilty pleas to 2 counts tampering with vehicle and 2 counts petty larceny, all 4 misdemeanors.
7 counts credit card larceny, 6 counts tampering with vehicle, 3 counts grand larceny and one count petty larceny WERE DROPPED.

PETERSON RECEIVED 12 MONTHS SUSPENDED SENTENCE.

This bitch ain't a felon. That 2015 is in the past, outside of his mind and excuses for his life. He really is just a fucking crackhead who has been living in a paranoid delusion in front of us this whole time who got hit with controlled substance charge and can be taken pity on by the court!

That means that gamba after rehab is BACK ON THE MENU, BOYS!
