Damn Ame is graduating, didn’t really follow her as much compared to Kiara (as far as Myth goes) but I wish her well

Possible. But on the other hand there are Ayame or Shion (and maybe Nene) who already did basically this and didn't had to announce it that way. Aqua also didn't stream but did projects in the background until she decided to quit completely.
Right now the only Myth member streaming GTA is Ina (Calli joins in a few hours) and she tried to explain it more. She said basically the same what Ame wrote in the comments. She compared it to long running anime series when they struggle in special episodes and a special characters shows up to help defeat the baddies. Definitely no staff role

That shit with Nux permenantly damaged my view of VShojo as a company and made me realise some will run defense so much when the sides of an argument is their favourite corp vs a dramatuber they don't really like.

VShojo was objectively the guilty party and Nux did nothing wrong there.

Its probably just the same as gura, shes done but theyll still make ame merch, she gets a share, she'll poke in occsionally for projects or advertisements.

Ame is now a character and she's her voice actor.

Vshojo, outside of Henya, just feels like a mean girl's club or the wino mom club who love nothing more to gossip or create drama.

As for the Ame thing, to quote Robert Frost, nothing gold can stay.

Seeing this news 5 minutes after waking wasn't the best way to start the day...
Ame was the vtuber that got me into this rabbit hole. I'm sad she is leaving, but she was barely streaming anyways, so I can't be that sad.

My interpretation of her not-graduation is that she will continue working at holo behind the scenes, on other projects, but she is not interested in continuing streaming. Which is a first, I believe, but also quite sad cause this means she isn't going to come back as an indie, she is basically done with streaming.

No. As ‘little’ as she streams, she’s still does all the idol stuff with far more frequency.

My money is on Ame (which has happened) Ina and then Gura. And that’s assuming they let her even go.

A part of me thinks Gura is locked in and straight up can’t leave honestly.
 
I saw this coming from a mile away, and with how unpredictable this year has been I also believe she's not going to be the only one leaving.

If anything I think Amelia just opened the floodgates for some talents who have probably been thinking about it but will likely go through with it now and I'm thinking about people like The owl and the shark.

However, this is probably the best graduation announcement that they could have announced since she'll still basically be a part of the team just in a much lesser role

That’s moreorless what I’m saying. I feel her contract just says she can do basically nothing as long as she does not leave.

Heck, it’s not the first time Talents just stop practically doing anything and they are still there.

I only assume Ame wanted to do other stuff but also wanted to still show up occasionally on her gen’s streams and Cover was finally like ‘yeah, completely getting rid of the character seems silly if she’s still going to be around and is still ok working with us’

Pina Pengin returned to streaming. She had to pause for about two months because her home got flooded twice in a month during the hurricanes and storms that came through from July to August. She mentions she has PTSD from just seeing water rush into your house and you don't know what to do, and that it happens again and ruins the cleanup you're in the process of. She will try and do a walkthrough of what happened with the floods in a later stream.

I’m sure she was planning this for a while but my headcanon is that this is a direct result of playing through that godawful Felldew addiction dungeon in Oblivion a few days ago because it’s funny.
