The signs of things not exactly going the way trans folx want are showing. In that regard, maybe putting them in such a spot of prevalence and importance JUST to use them as an attacking point when it comes to opposition could have been a long term plan?

This is not a thoughtful refutation of my post.

Nixon is one of the better presidents we've had, and the demonetization of him is a hard nut to crack. You'll have spergs seize on the opening a relationship with china, or "losing" vietnam, or the gold standard being replaced, or hell I've seen some people so foolish they attack him for the EPA. All of this is silly and fairly simple to refute, but it's hard to change a made up mind. I believe in a 100 years time, if the US is still a thing, Nixon and Trump will be looked at through a very favorable lense. I put them next to Andrew Jackson as top 5. I expect Lincoln and FDR will be rightfully at the bottom with Carter and Biden.
