I don’t blame them. I’m willing to bet Netflix may be the only way some of those guys follow One Piece, as unlikely as that might be.They are at least pretending that everybody doesn't know Robin joins the crew.
I mean quite frankly people in the know should keep their mouth fucking shut, Robin joining is one of the cooler twists.I don’t blame them. I’m willing to bet Netflix may be the only way some of those guys follow One Piece, as unlikely as that might be.
It is. I can confirm. The show has brought in a completely new crowd.I’m willing to bet Netflix may be the only way some of those guys follow One Piece, as unlikely as that might be.
I doubt that. From what I’ve seen, a lot of the people working on the Netflix show seem to be genuine fans, and I believe it’s been said that virtually everything has to have Oda’s approval. And even then some things that were done had to require a lot of convincing.I'm just gonna say 2 things about One Piece as I do have a interest and such.
1. I do think that Netflix should actually take cues and have the creator actually work with them on making sure that adaptions actually are good but that would never happen because Commiefornia always betrays their creators. Contractual obligation I suppose.
It helps that they are keeping Oda more hands on so it seems for once the creator has more leeway in what is and what isn't acceptable as well as the changes needed for a live action show. I'm not gonna hold my breath if some crazy stuff does happen since i think most fans are live and let live with the live action show not upsetting the manga's canon.I doubt that. Oh crazy stuff will happen with how long a season takes, if they want to complete it they are going to have to make some big cuts. They don’t have 20 years to do this.It helps that they are keeping Oda more hands on so it seems for once the creator has more leeway in what is and what isn't acceptable as well as the changes needed for a live action show. They'll shrink arcs to like two or three episodes.Oh crazy stuff will happen with how long a season takes, if they want to complete it they are going to have to make some big cuts. They don’t have 20 years to do this.
Unlike animation actors are not immortal. They don’t have 20 years to do this.
Given vikings seem to be the inspiration dead gods is kind of a thing that needs to happen before shit gets real for them. At least no-one is throwing mistletoe around.
