Very few of them are tbh. Mori is pretty good at rapping but her singing is mediocre. Nerissa is pretty darned good at singing, so is Goob. ERB is prolly the best in the company. But honestly singing doesn’t seem to be the rest of theirs’ talents. Raora and Ina are primarily artists and Bae is amazing at dancing but singing isn’t their forte.
Does CC ever actually play her violin or is that just not a thing?

I don't see Gura ever leaving, Cover probably opens the vault and asks what do you want to stay? I would assume anyway, with such a huge asset.

I could see Gura attempt to leave because of burnout and constantly getting her projects axed or there's an issue like how she mentioned she's not allowed to keep her vibrato on songs because Cover can't let their biggest talents have free reign over their stuff.
I don't want my kamioshi to graduate and I can't imagine Cover would let her graduate without attempts at bribing her but considering Ame opening the door to this type of soft graduation (which I honestly thought was going to be a thing with Coco before kson joined vshitshow) I honestly can't see Gura NOT entertaining that idea, again because of how many times she's discussed burnout or creative differences or just her style of streaming, being an introvert and rarely joining in collabs even before she started having huge hiatuses.

They have five graduations this time around and I do think there's probably going to be another one so hopefully investing into the talent you have pays off.

at the same time we're years and years past the point where it should be an issue because anyone going into it ought to know it.

If you don't want to do music or idolshit and you still join holo than you might just be dumb. Like anyone that joined the company from 2019 onward knew that was in the cards when they sent the application.
