Given how shit scared everyone is of being sued/losing their license for "eugenics" no doctor would risk sterilizing these women without a damn good medical reason, and especially wouldn't play games to trick them into consenting. These days it's even less justifiable because very effective long-term birth control options exist, and if guardians could compel a tard to undergo unneeded surgery, they could just as easily compel them to get an IUD or Depo Provera shot, and doctors are way more willing to be flexible when it comes to non-permanent options. I don't think any of the cows you mentioned are legally incapacitated to the point of having actual guardians, but even if they were they still have rights when it comes to medical treatment, sexual expression, marriage, and procreation. To put it in perspective, parents have a hard time getting their dependent child elective hystos even if they are profoundly retarded, non-communicative, immobile, and have medical needs that render them fully dependent on skilled nursing care around the clock with no possibility of improvement.

Staph's parents are extremely liberal and open with talking to Staph about sex, so undoubtedly educated her about protection and were probably ready to push the issue had she ever started dating a fellow tard.
