I don't know why anyone would think a Fox debate would be more fair to Trump than CNN. This year's CNN was actually very well handled for both, it's just that Biden was out of it.

The Fox one with Chris Wallace in 2020 was even worse than this latest ABC one. So if Trump was going to do another one I'd recommend he do CNN. If he does one at all.
Incredibly naive if you think CNN was being “unbiased” in the Trump-Biden debate in the name of journalistic integrity. It was very obviously a hit job on Biden (carried out at whose behest we can only guess at). Don’t expect a second CNN debate to be nearly as unbiased.

Fuck the mainstream media, he should have Elon host the debate on Twitter.

That's the towering intellects at Blizzard Entertainment for you.
You’re right. Blizzard is pretty much responsible for the ‘anime-ization’ of RPGs in the west. I was thinking about playing AD&D back in the day and the art in those days was a lot more grounded. Then Warcraft came out and it’s bright green orcs and swords bigger than the characters holding them.
Sadly it's up to the player base to make their rogues feel sneaky and rely on the dripfeed of what little subtle fashion options there are from Blizz. I feel for my roguebros, but the fellas who wear mail armor are truly the ones in style concentration camps. I'd say design-wise it's always stuck to a level of very high fantasy and stealing taking inspiration from their own D&D campaigns for Warcraft, then injecting it with increasingly larger amount of comic book exaggeration juice doses.

BUT! This thread isn't for that.

:cunningpepe:

How very curious, the black population is starting to do some noticing in the school boards and pointing out some facts for DEI purposes, against the ones who largely push DEI in the schools. The grip on the golems' leashes are truly loosening.

Trump already called out the 'moderators' that fox wanted. It would be exactly like the abc debate. Only way he should do it is if Tucker moderates.

People hardly even talk about the ABC debate anymore aside from the "they're eating the dogs; they're eating the cats" meme ... Which tells me that it went over poorly for ABC (obviously because the moderators sucked so hard) and also because Kamala said a whole bunch of nothing about policy while acting like a smug cunt.

CNN actually did a really good job for the Trump vs. Biden debate, and they've been shockingly far more critical of Kamala than other networks. I think that the reception of the ABC moderators will be a motivator for CNN to not pull the same shit.

That said, all of that good will they've slightly built up in recent months will crumble if they dare to choose Chris Wallace as the moderator. lol. How Chris Wallace still has a job in journalism about that debacle just astounds me.

I can't wait for the dual-secession of Texas and states in northern Mexico into some sort of unholy Bosnia and Herzegovina federation. Truly the mutt meme but also at the same time the greatest fuck you to both countries' federal goverment.
I haven't ever since they decided my Mazda truck never existed and deleted the article. Repeatedly.
Have you considered that you're just being a bigot, transphobe, and an ecophobe by implying that automobiles exists? See the Not just bikes thread.
PA man here, haven't seen a single harris sign and on my commute to work I see about 20-30 Trump/Vance signs.
I'm in an red state area getting flooded by Califags, New Yawkers, and Massholes. Somehow the Massholes are the least worst out of this group. It's about 70/30 lean dem here.
The President ignoring an activist judge would be one of those "never give an order you know won't be followed" Rubicon moments.
Congress also has the ability to impeach and remove judges. They just rarely ever exercise it.
I confess I find it difficult to hate someone who enlisted the aid of pirates to win a battle, destroyed the brits, beat the shit out of his would be assassin, dueled a man for slandering his wife and just all around was an American badass.

I mean if nothing else nobody can take away from the fact that Jackson was a tactical genius for the era. Launching simultaneous strikes more then once in the pre radio era is something to be admired.
He also predicted the civil war.
I have had a laborious task here; but nullification is dead, and its actors and courtiers will only be remembered by the people to be execrated for their wicked designs to sever and destroy the only good government on the globe, and that prosperity and happiness we enjoy over every other portion of the world. Haman's gallows ought to be the fate of all such ambitious men, who would involve the country in civil war, and all the evils in its train, that they might reign and ride on its whirlwinds, and direct the storm. The free people of these United States have spoken, and consigned these demagogues to their proper doom. Take care of your nullifiers you have amongst you. Let them meet the indignant frowns of every man who loves his country. The tariff, it is now known, was a mere pretext. Its burthen was on your coarse woolens---by the law of July, 1832, coarse woolen was reduced to five per cent. for the benefit of the South. Mr. Clay's bill takes it up and classes it with woolens at 50 per cent., reduces it gradually down to 20 per cent., and there it is to remain, and Mr. Calhoun and all the nullifiers agree to the principle. The cash duties and home valuation will be equal to 15 per cent. more, and after the year 1842, you pay on coarse woolens 35 per cent. If this is not protection, I cannot understand. Therefore the tariff was only the pretext, and disunion and a Southern confederacy the real object. The next pretext will be the negro, or slavery, question.

I don't know if it was a 'hit job' on Biden by CNN. I blame the people that convinced him to do it, the DNC and probably Harris more than CNN.

I'll never understand why Trump said Andrew Jackson was his favorite President, I kind of deep down hope Trump was being self aware and making a joke no one got when he said that.
In 1832, he vetoed a bill by Congress to reauthorize the Second Bank of the United States, arguing that it was a corrupt institution. After a lengthy struggle, the Bank was dismantled. In 1835, Jackson became the only president to pay off the national debt. He survived the first assassination attempt on a sitting president. In one of his final presidential acts, he recognized the Republic of Texas.

It wasn't a hit job on Biden. The fuck were the moderators actually supposed to do when the dems walked a dementia patient on stage? What ever plans they had in place fell though the second it started. They gave him the questions early and an barely remember the answers. They couldn't debate Trump themselves because Trump was pretty mild mannered that night and avoided that trap. They wanted a "come on man" soundbite but they got zero sound bites because Joe was quietly mumbling the whole time. There was nothing they can do to HELP Joe even if they wanted to.

Afterwards they tried to cope and spin it until the new memo to turn against Biden came in a few days later.
