He got smaller in general. When fat people get so old (not that many do) there's a point where they get this weird skinnyfat thing going on because while they're still fat, the body doesn't seem to manage to hold onto the weight as well as before. He looks like shit lately and it's not like he's 40 and just needs a good nights sleep, decline in that age stress related or otherwise you simply do not recover from. When I saw that picture of him the other day where he looked like a shriveled mummy, I got the impression the era Trump will be soon over, no matter who wins the election.
