This idolization of politicans who've been in the state forever as a good thing since Lincoln is a bad trend. Americans should be treating them as subhuman savages beneath bankers and literal niggers, the country would be a much better place.

That's probably the worst thing he did IMO. Annoying and all, but not the end of the world. The pistol brace thing is far worse, because those are basically purely cosmetic IMO.
Most gun people don't even remember how bad it was under the true AWB like 94-04, trust me. And the one she wants will probably make that look like nothing.

You can choose to not vote for Trump due to his past actions surrounding gun rights but just don't be surprised should his opponent win the election she will be far, far worse on the matter.

Most people don't remember the Hearing Protection Act of 2016 (2015 maybe?) that had already passed both the House and the Senate and just needed a President who would sign it. That law would've removed suppressors from the NFA registry making them easy to buy. Trump suggested he would sign it and Trump Jr. promised he would do it in his first week. Nope. Fast forward a couple years and Trump says in an interview that he doesn't like suppressors at all, meaning he'd ban them altogether like bump stocks and braces if the opportunity arose. The man would negotiate away the 2A if he could and get something stupid in return.
