It sounds bad, and it IS bad, but it's still manageable. He's not el Chapo, he's just a random crackhead. He won't serve his full sentence in prison, and I think it's unlikely he'll get a maximum sentence.

If it's 5 years, (or whatever he's sentenced) that's the possibility of parole in 1.5 year (ish)*, for a 2nd time felony sentence. But honestly I forget which felony he's on.

§ 53.1-151. Eligibility for parole.​

A. Except as herein otherwise provided, every person convicted of a felony and sentenced and committed by a court under the laws of this Commonwealth to the Department of Corrections, whether or not such person is physically received at a Department of Corrections facility, or as provided for in § 19.2-308.1:

1. For the first time, shall be eligible for parole after serving one-fourth of the term of imprisonment imposed, or after serving twelve years of the term of imprisonment imposed if one-fourth of the term of imprisonment imposed is more than twelve years;

2. For the second time, shall be eligible for parole after serving one-third of the term of imprisonment imposed, or after serving thirteen years of the term of imprisonment imposed if one-third of the term of imprisonment imposed is more than thirteen years;

3. For the third time, shall be eligible for parole after serving one-half of the term of imprisonment imposed, or after serving fourteen years of the term of imprisonment imposed if one-half of the term of imprisonment imposed is more than fourteen years;

Oh I absolutely agree, damn near nobody gets a max sentence unless you kill someone. (loosely speaking)

I agree on the year or two assuming he doesn't somehow get another bond and forced to rehab.

I tend to find them more to be genuinely more obnoxious than they are entertaining half the time, but the IP2 thread might be up your alley. Plenty of antics to be had.

Well I happen *ahem* something of an expert on drugs, studied purely from a far of course. At this point in my life I do not drink or do any form of drugs unless caffeine and pseudophed are considered drugs as the Mormons sometimes consider them.

Burns on hands mean nothing specific beyond drugs. "tweaking" is associated with amphetamines but, a crackhead and tweaker are really close in behavior. Typically crack is smoked in a glass stem just a round straw stuffed with copper wire cleaner aka "Chore boy" to hold it in place. Foil suggests opiates especially if there is a lot of soot or an odd "trail" of soot" across the foil. If its rolled foil might be used for crack, hard to say really. Glass stems are sold openly in headshops if you can afford a bong for MJ I can't see Bossman not buying a $10 glass stem and some chore boy or just stealing it out of his mothers kitchen sink cabinet.

I kind of only follow Bossman because Null mentions him, him and Rekieta are just fucking depressing to me. I'm more a Patrick Tomlinson kind of person. Jesus Christ do I love to watch that guy fail, over and over. I don't want to see him kill or harm himself. Going to prison might be the best thing for Bossman, might finally "get it" but, I'm not putting money on he'll learn anything from this.

Meh, I swore a long time ago I would never aid in the slightest helping anyone continue an actual drug problem. I don't care if someone smokes MJ as long they don't get high and act like a useless nigger in front of me; make me into some pseudo-authority figure I have no interest in being. Yes you can buy a fake cock and other stuff. My point being Bossman will eventually get clean or die. I don't find a dead lolcow funny. I enjoyed watching him rage and break his parents house, I wasn't aware he was actually smoking crack. I don't even want Keffals to die, I want him to live forever till his hairline goes back, his back hunches over and he becomes an anti-trans spokesperson. I was annoyed he told everyone how to aquire drugs online but, I don't expect much from a peice of shit like him already bragging about teaching kids how to obtain illegal hormones either.
