If that is what the Democrats are pulling, then that means they are worried about Virginia flipping red.

Hillary won VA by 4 points, and Biden won it by over 10 points ... Doesn't seem that the Democrats should have to worry about Virginia ... Right?

Best President ever to live and one of the best men to ever live = average President.

I disagree big time, there will never be another man nor President like George Washington and it's weird to see someone who thinks George standing up for what he believes in 100% of the time as a negative. George was the best President because he's the only one who didn't "have" to compromise like his successors because he made his beliefs reality in his presidency, that's something great men accomplish. We need people to think more like George Washington these days.

They didn't have to factor in Glenn Younkin flipping the state. Virginia is a tossup this time around. Its had time to become based under Younkin's governorship.

Here's an interesting series of events that happened in May 1776: May 1st - The Illuminati was founded (as the Covenant of Perfectibility at first, until changing the name to the Order of Illuminati in April 1778 ) in Bavaria, a German independent state at the time. May 4th - The Thirteen Colonies of British America renounced allegiance to King George III, starting with Rhode Island. May 15th - The Declaration of Independence was proposed. May 25th - George Washington forms the German Battalion, a battalion of Germans/German Americans to fight the British in the Revolutionary War.

Not only this, but he stepped down. The fact that Washington stepped down shocked the whole world. Too many American politicians want to hold their seat forever.

Believe it or not people did used to talk about Washington's political philosophy A LOT. Washington's philosophy is what birthed the Libertarian Party, back in the day if you listened to a Libertarian speak you would hear George Washington this and that all night but you would be very hard pressed to hear a modern Libertarian mentioning Washington's political philosophy since they aren't the same party they used to be 15 years ago.

I went to high school with a guy who had natural guy liner just like JD Vance-- the result of unusually thick eyelashes. Interestingly, he had the same coloring, piggy little eyes, and tubbiness as JD.

Fun fact about George Washington, he didn't want to be president and only did so because he believed that the US was very fragile and new and needed someone strong in the first few years to lead (plus everyone really wanted him to lead the country and mostly strong armed Washington to take on the role).

He did what he had to do for his country, that he loved, even if he wanted to retire and live out his days (probably to also hide from his mother, who was batshit insane).
