"A pair of analyses of insurance-claims data each found that the majority of youths diagnosed with gender-related distress saw that diagnosis vanish from their medical chart within six years."

New Evidence Challenges Institutionalized Belief That Transgender Teens Become Transgender Adults, Undermining Core Defense of Medical Gender Transitions for Minors
Can't wait for Tony's ACKTUALLY "rebuttal" of this article. Which will mostly be him quoting outdated articles or just keep repeating the "Every major medical group supports transitioning."

This is Tony's attempt at a pre-retort. He literally thinks that troonery disappears from your medical records after enough time has passed.

Did Zack give Tony MPox?

Reminder that this was the logic that underpinned the Dutch study which gave rise to the use of puberty blockers and medical transition for children. They would see boys/girls who felt unhappy with the parts of their body relating to their sex, give them puberty blockers and change their registered sex, and then voila! They were not upset about the parts of their body relating to their new sex (since they didn’t have them). These were considered the gold standard of youth gender dysphoria research.

Even Better!
After their Gender Dysphoria diagnosis, when they had multiple teams of adults focused on their well-being, and their friends and family frantically affirming their identity, they had improved mental health! (in the specific area of social functioning)
Who coulda thunk it?!

Constitutional scholar Tony Reed was on the wrong side of history again.

The "tremendous suffering" claims are pure boolocks because none of these man faced ogres pass as "women."

Tony and Big Al seem to be full of shit about sterilization. The statute only requires proof of sex change by surgical procedure" which is super broad, vague, and ambiguous.

Section 22-9A-19

No, they did not Snaggle Tooth. They ruled that troons are not entitled to special treatment or preferential treatment.

Legal scholar Tony Reed says appeals judges should start writing dissenting opinions, even when there is no actual legal basis for a dissent.

I am going to ROFLMAO if Tony is trying to see a gynecologist.

The right to marry is a core cosntitutionally protected "fundamental right"
No, it is not. The Constitution does not use any words related to "marry," "marriage," "wedding," or anything else. The Supreme Court claims that marriage is Constitutionally protected, but the Constitution says no such thing. Additionally, even if there is such a right, it only extends as far as allowing one man to marry one woman, as the Founders would not have conceived of any other definition of "marriage."

You can't even spell "constitutionally" (you spelled it "cosntitutionally," you illiterate fool) so no, I won't waste my time doing your research for you. Fat-fingered boomer moron (you) can't even spell the word but thinks he can lecture others. Eat a bullet so you can go "marry" some faggot in hell.

I'm going to need to see you get over the "reasonable person" standard in claiming they were "outed" as "transgender" by their drivers license, Tony.

I'd like you to start by telling me why we should dismiss testimony from them that they knew from looking at them rather than needing to see the drivers license to know.

So, Tony......what you're saying is that if my kid swears up and down that he's really a girl......or my daughter is totally convinced she's a d00d.......all I gotta do is wait it out six years, and it will go away??

Challenge accepted!!

I mean, sure, I'll have to listen to them bitch and moan about how much they hate me for being a bigot, but they already hate me for not letting them get a tattoo/get multiple piercings/dye their hair green/not date someone ten years older, etc., so just chuck another reason on top of the pile, baby!!

I got this.

A much more accurate Tweet would says "Troon suicude propaganda outfit, the "Trevor Project" churns out entirely self serving "reearch.""

"For the new study, researchers looked at information from 2018 to 2022, when 48 anti-transgender bills became law in 19 states. These included bans on trans-specific health care, bathroom access and sports participation, as well as bans that kept people from updating their identification to reflect their true gender. The researchers surveyed people throughout the United States who identified as LGBTQ+ and who were between the ages of 13 and 24. Responses from young people who identified as transgender or nonbinary were singled out, for a total of 61,240 people from all 50 states.

The study found that self-reported suicide attempts among these young people did not seem to increase while these bills were under debate in their state. But once the bills became law, the researchers saw a statistically significant increase in suicide attempts among young trans and nonbinary people who lived in those states.

With many of the laws targeting young people, the researchers say, it should come as no surprise that the effect was bigger for 13- to 17-year-olds than among the full sample of young people ages 13 to 24.

“We’ve long known that the associations between anti-transgender policies and negative health outcomes for LGBTQ+ young people exist, but this is the first time any study has shown this causal relationship,” said study co-author Dr. Ronita Nath, vice president of research at the Trevor Project, a national organization that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people. All the study authors are current or former employees of The Trevor Project."

Suicide attempts increased among transgender teens when states passed anti-trans laws, study says

No they aren't Snaggle Tooth. The refutation of your latest irrational fantasy is in the works.

Why would someone need to respond to a not-study that wasn't in Nature (one of their side publications) about a report based on worthless data that has an error bar of 65 percentage points? (Tony says "up to 72%" to obfuscate that the finding was a "7-72% increase" which is amazing for a sample supposedly at 60K+.)

Oh, and the period corresponds almost entirely to COVID.

Lastly, I wonder who we can blame for this:
But once the bills became law, the researchers saw a statistically significant increase in suicide attempts among young trans and nonbinary people who lived in those states.
Maybe it's the "journalist" who tweets incessantly about how these and how means you need to kill yourself. (Not that we have any evidence from this that anyone did.)

After all, if we're supposed to be ignorant and silent about people's actual sex so they won't kill themselves, surely not mentioning irrelevant news to save their lives is just as necessary. Subscribe to my Substack to support my not reporting on any bills.

The Nature Human Behavior paper is free. The increase in suicidality can be account for by the extensive coverage of such laws in the news immediately before and after they passed, and the social media fearmongering that comes with them. In other words, ghouls like Big Al and Tony are hurting people.
