URGENT I am planning to sue Kiwi Farms' host Frantech. The owner Franciso Dias has a nice big house. Imagine if it was, ooh, say sold to pay me some absurd amount of damages. I can actually sue him in the UK courts as Frantech is in Canada which enforces UK libel judgements.
I plan to have a law firm do the initial letter to him, then I will go after his company and belongings representing myself. I have an offer of a retainer to send a cease and desist letter to Frantech to try and make them drop Kiwi Farms. It is $1,500 Canadian (£888 UK, $1,130 USD) which I can afford but am seeking donations for as I would prefer to explore cheaper options. PLEASE DONATE! GoFundMe here - .
I will be willing to put my own money in for the C&D letter, once the total has reached only £500 UK. Any surplus on the £888 will be used to fund court issue fees or some other anti-Kiwi action such as background checks on individuals or Private Investigators / Photographers. Court issue fees in the UK is basically 5% of the amount claimed, so about £500 for a £10K claim, £1000 for a £20,000 claim and so on.

but i do have a very serious metabolic dysfunction that makes it impossible for me to tolerate assholes giving me orders. i think they even have some alphabet soup that fits, O.D.D. , but i am physically incapable of being in the presence of aggressive people without feeling physical pain and being reduced to blubbering in response.

You claim that you have a metabolic disorder that presents as a mental disability. That's world class horseshit and evidence in, and of, itself that you're committing fraud. I personally think this is just another lie that you tell to avoid dealing with the truth. There is absolutely no way that the SSA agreed to give you disability based on a metabolic disorder that makes you incapable of mentally coping with having to work. This is a lie and that's not the disability that they agreed to pay out for. My suspicion is that you're on disability for severe mental illness and your coping mechanism is to blame it on metabolism which also helps excuse your flabbiness.
