That... just sounds fucking horrible. Honestly, hope he takes the "quick way out" since going from 1 to maybe 3 years in such a state doesn't seem to be worth it. Would also prolong the time Jade would have to see him in that state as well.

I'm still in favor of getting a huge black guy to be in the coffin and give the pig monster a jump scare when he comes in to check it out.
Though honestly, even if Jim would be gung ho about it, I doubt Jade would have it in her during those times.
There is absolutely nothing "regular" about Jim's lifestyle or the way he is dying. It is all very strange for a man of his age to be in the state that he is in. Jim is a strange person. He also openly talks about his treatments online, he made his own bed by revealing that private information to everyone.
I assume he's opened up as a way to cope with it. Before he was very tightlipped about his condition or situation and him opening up is probably a combination of tired of bottling it up and for the most part, getting positive comments. It may sound gay, but people giving you encouragement (and not just shekles) does feel nice.
Wasn't Jim pretty adamant about saying he had no interest in having children? I could have sworn Ralph tried to come at him for not having kids and Jim was just like "I don't care'.
Quite the opposite, he loves kids (only times you see Jim rage is when child abuse enters the picture) and it's obvious he always wanted to have them. I imagine he fell to the bullshit of not having kids till you have EVERYTHING in order and when he was close to that, his illnesses started coming in like a Typhoon and then the discussion became "do I want to bring a kid that will grow fatherless and who has god knows how much of a risk of inheriting whatever weird shit is ruining me?" and that was the end of that.
I'm convinced DSP sucks the life out of other lolcows to replenish his own lifespan and cancerman just so happened to be the next victim. How else could one man get that much shit wrong with him at that age?
DSP promised to make his Make a Wish dream true! Jim can't die till DSP and him have their candid chat! Also, Josh has to formalize the terms to get his ashes and grow the jimtaters!... kind of sad we won't get another Null and Metokur stream, it was a very comfy one.
I think the "Battle at Jim's driveway" will happen after Jim's funeral.
We are also missing that chapter, Jade probably has some semiautomatics in hand ready to get people to fuck off after the funeral.
