This has been the case since the PS3. One of the biggest watershed moments of NeoGAF way back in the day was Virtua Fighter 5 performing just a little bit better on the 360 and Final Fantasy XIII going multi platform.

Probably because of their “no console warring” rule, although I doubt they even bothered explaining that in the ban reason, something ERA is genuinely better at.
