The old version is still on the Workshop under Panzer's account. Making it run with the current HOI4 version is going to be a pain enough so that no one's done it yet but at least the assets are there. But honestly at that point just play a different mod or game.

I can't find Panzer's version on Steam.

I mean, it's not that much of a problem bc you can revert versions.

Beacause muppet is lazy, and because muppet is lazy. It has been said here that he probably doesn't know how to mod Hoi4, so he most likely just took a base image and used photoshop on it to put the pics of the sonic characters in
