It's not even a diploma, it just means you either stayed in the school system for too long, and they need to "graduate" you, or you were on a non-academic path for school because you are deemed too retarded to learn things like math and science. Jobs won't take it unless the requirements are below a highschool diploma/GED, because it isn't one.
