The funny thing about the whole situation is that he cancelled himself by his degenerate behaviors and addictions. If I was Nick I would take a deep look at my life, think about the future and what I want from it. YouTube or streaming is not going to be there in any successful capacity. I want to believe that they have taken a special interest, but this is just a personal hope, most likely. MN sentencing is highly regulated, so Nick is probably taking a long road to an inevitable conclusion of suspended sentence pending completion of names drug programme.

Not just finishing the drug program. The bigger issue for Nick would be court monitoring and drug testing for potentially a long period of time. Given the sentencing guidelines in Minnesota for drug charges, just about the only reason for Nick to fight the charges as he is doing is so he can get back to taking cocaine sooner without the legal risk of failing a drug test.

I think you have to consider the fact that what Nick did, as shitty as it is, isn't anywhere remotely close to a "massive drug crime". A "massive drug crime" in the US is something more like being the connect for a dozen dealers moving kilos of narcotics across state lines.
