Tattoos are fine -- provided you're a merchant sailor. Not for anybody else though. And definitely not for women.
I think they are also fine to cover scars or other skin conditions.
There are exceptions, but in general tattoos look like shit and only get worse over time.

And by proxy the people with the tattoos also look like shit.
April could look halfway presentable if she did not cover her body in insider "I am open to bukkake" neon sign language.
Next she will get a Pineapple tattoo for her forehead.

It’s not just in a court of law where everything you say can be used against you, Rekieta.

Rekieta's Franks Motion was DENIED

It took so fucking long to render all these DENIED.
His hands are shaking so bad. Those 5 kilograms of coke ruined his body.

I'm not sure I agree, but if he's gonna do that, he'd do well to shut the fuck up between the time of accepting the plea deal from the prosecution, and when it is presented it to the judge for approval.

Some judges don't like it when people take a plea deal, but then still publicly claim they're completely innocent. Talking out of both sides of one's mouth, depending on the audience. Two examples I can think of are Baked Alaska, and those two scumfuck "Cash for Kids" judges.

Thing is... I dunno if Nick can do that. He runs his mouth constantly.

And besides, whatever audience he retains from taking a plea and still professing his innocence is gonna be miniscule. You'd have to be fucking idiot to believe Nick is technically innocent at this point.

Ah but Nick has the 1000 IQ ability to only imply things, fooling 100% of people, 100% of the time. If only you could comprehend such a giant-brain polymaneuver, stalker child.
:really:

This has to be total ego death, right? I can't imagine being so smug and then being proven wrong (and your 'enemies' right) on every single level.
For normal people, yes. And even for Nick, sometimes I worry he's gone from 2010s Patrick Tomlinson reminding trolls he fucked their mother and that they didn't fart in his wife's vagina to 2020s Patrick Tomlinson spamming the same canned phrase. Even narcissists have a breaking point. That's why he didn't read us the latest filing last night as the Nick of a few months ago did, why he hasn't even done any Trump & Guns streams for a few months, and why his streams are so low energy compared to reminding Eric July who da realest nigga is and reading Anime Sucks Cope and Sneed. Nick is growing weaker, becoming the collective property of the Kiwi Farms.

However, I feel this will be negated if Nick just drinks a shot or three and checks on Lady Rackets. All that ego death will be reversed and he'll be alive again. We'd be totally defeated if he did that.

We need a poll:
Will Nicky take the plea deal?
  1. Yes, this white bread ass nigga doesn't have the stones to fight the Man
  2. No, He is a real street nigga and will fight to the end to prove his innocence
3. The kids will find him in the Balldo Dungeon with his pants down and a belt around his neck. He's conceited enough to choose death over bending the knee or letting the incel prudes find things in discovery.

One of my relatives was a tattooed merchant sailor. Once he had to move to a "real job" he was forced to get it removed. This was pre laser so they just cut the skin off bit by bit with razor blades.
I watched a biker remove a tattoo of his ex's name from his arm once. He held it against the exhaust of a Harley while his buddy revved it up. We were drunk of course. Apparently that's a biker thing, many such stories. I saw it though.

🥃:really: Once again the Kiwifarms thinks I was wrong. They’re the ones who are wrong. *sips* They’re like a cop in a Denny’s while I’ve been ordering at Applebee’s this entire time. Oh my God! *sips* See the thing about filings, if the lawyers of Kiwifarms ever have been in a court room for things other than their child porn charges *sips* is that it proves the government conspiracy against me. *stares at ceiling ceiling cat* So now my case is strong. Like trying to take a toy from a retard strong. *smuckles* so Josh. JOSH JOSH you thought you have won? Remember I invented lawtube I INVENTED IT JOSH! What’d you invent besides… besides… the Denny’s menu

I think Nick's next move is to point out the judges are "paid by the same entity that pays the corrupt cops." Probably start droning on about "two sides of the same leather." Then he'll be asked directly if he's calling his judge corrupt - "I didn't say that. Why are people always putting words in my mouth?"

I hope. Him going full defiant lolbertarian means no guilty plea and we will have more fun.

I thought an Alford was maintaining innocence in the face of overwhelming evidence. Nick's claim is essentially that the state is trying to extort him and kidnap his kids. Are alford pleas able to be made under duress without raising eligibility to overturn the plea?

The problem for Nick is that he has not really made any particular claim at all about why he would be innocent. At least within the legal system. In many jurisdictions, its necessary to describe the reasoning by which a person is not accepting their guilt. Alford pleading to a lesser charge to escape various consequence of a greater charge is one of example of acceptable reasoning. The origin of the Alford plea was in a case where he a man wanted to avoid an almost certain death penalty sentence by a guilty plea to a lesser charge. Alford pleas often are reasoned around pleading guilty to a lesser charge to avoid some describable dire consequence of a greater charge.

The alford plea is supposed to be used in limited circumstances and specifically not used to selectively grant certain people a special legal right to appeal after a guilty plea or to claim their innocence after a guilty plea. For example at the federal level, any attempt to give an alford plea requires a specific reason the defendant requires one, special approvals and high-level review within the department of justice.

I dont know how it works at the state level. But if alford pleas were easy to get for no reason, everyone making a plea deal would go that way.

Meanwhile, Barnes team is concerned about the right issues:

Nick, I'm disappointed in you. I wanted you to stream last night so I could learn about all the ways this judge is wrong. Without a counter-narrative, I'm going to have to believe "lawtube" on this. You need to set the record straight, Nick.
Without Nick to correct the record, I don't even know anymore if the people streaming about his case are fat or not!
