I missed the part where that started, thanks. Is there some kinda cracker word magic that makes that word make sense or?
The name Qover likely refers to a Star Trek character, the trickster demigod Q. The letter Q is used in the names of many episodes in which the character appears, and as a result Trekkies use similar substitutions to denote that something is FUNNY and WEIRD.

IMO this is exactly the type of cringe Kayla would come up with, probably denoting her view that the foursome formed a crack-fueled "trans dimensional super intelligence."

I suppose the Uncivil Law Kurt bridge incineration is more than official at this point. Uncivil Law was mocking the shit out of skelly in this stream from earlier in the day.
I forgot to screenshot anything but he got a few funny jabs in. Balldo was lamenting that having cocaine doesn't mean he's a user and Kurt's response was "so it's decorative cocaine? You just look at it?"
Nice turn of events.
Wait are you saying balldo was in the chat? I thought he went total internet death since the franks hearing denial.

Knowing nothing about criminal law, I would assume the deal on offer was a 2-year suspended sentence (plus some cash - you have to generate revenue), but he will have to keep completely clean during that time. The guideline sentence is 5 years, so 2 seems like the compromise. Do you think this is off-base?
I have no idea, actually. Nick's incredibly bizarre behavior may have lots of completely unpredictable ramifications for him. He's repeatedly personally insulted virtually everyone in the process, made no attempts to appear repentant, and seems to think he can just get away with anything, and anyone who says well, nope, that isn't the case, they're just literal morons.

It all depends on the level of bullshit the prosecution is willing to put up with this weird freak.
nick-braindamage.png
This is a small Minnesota town, and they have this asshole constantly insulting them. He isn't a local. He will never be a local. To them, he is a weird invader.

He's literally going out in public with his whore and his side whore, flaunting his degeneracy, while flouting their own standards, like he's Nero or some shit. He should look up what happened with Nero. It didn't end up well for that guy.

A lot of people act as degenerate as Nick does. They usually don't do it while also publicly insulting the community they're disgracing on a worldwide stage.

I hope this piece of shit gets what he deserves. Like Nero did. Ultimately.

Didn't he end up killing himself in one of his countryside villas along with his twink before he could be apprehended or am I thinking of Elagabalus?

He was in a situation where he was deserted by everyone in Rome including his own guards and staff. One day he was Emperor, the next he woke up & everyone just kind of ignored him. He fled Rome to the countryside with just a handful of people. He talked about killing himself, but he was too much of a coward to do it. So he was reduced to begging one of his private secretaries to kill him which he did.

Elagabalus was just such an absolute and total dick that his own Praetorian guard finally got so mad at him one day that they turned on him and killed him along with his mother.

I'm glad you finally said it, because I've had the same thought for a while, but it was just too ridiculous for me to figure out why. The '"crack-fueled "trans dimensional super intelligence."' is the missing piece of the crack rock. This is awe-inspiring. Reminds me of a S1 episode with David Warner as the representative of a planet that kept a colony strung out so the junkies would trade cheaply. Shit, I'm having nerd attacks! HELP MEEEEE!!!

Not to be too "ackshually" here but it's not David Warner in that episode. The episode ("Symbiosis") features Merritt Butrick, who played David, Kirk's son in Star Trek II and III. He's the strung out junkie, whereas one of the background superhumans in II plays the supplier.

You're right, it was the last of Khan's people to die on the bridge. There's hope for me yet.

Yeah, the male supplier is Judson Scott, who played Khan's right hand man in Star Trek II.

BTW, Merritt Butrick was given that role because the producers found out he was dying of AIDS, but didn't have health insurance.

. I figured that it was an acknowledgement that they all had something to hide, and would each cover for the others. Turning the c into a q was to make it quaint and endearing, so they could imagine that it was the outside world that was messed up for not recognizing the virtue of their unorthodox relationship, rather than admitting that what they were doing was so utterly shameful that it needed hiding.
I think it's just some stupid acronym or something along those lines.
Q probably stands for Kayla, O for April v is the Vs, E for Aaron, R for Nicky.
That's me giving up half way but through all the xanies and coke Kayla and or April associate some sounds, letters or something with each other and put them together.

Scratch that I had an even dumber white woman idea. It's a quadruple like a lucky 4 leaf clover. It's a Qover.

Kurt had some funny jokes recently. I laughed during his stream with Nate when he joked that polysubstance abuse might not be the only ‘poly-’ thing in Nick’s life
That would be his recent stream with Nate where they dug through the Judge's dismissal and took no small amount of enjoyment in being able to say "We told you so"... but you know, as friends who want what's best for him.

They then played your video of Nick arguing against himself Phoenix Wright style over whether Franks would work. Y'know... as friends who want the best for him.

I would sort of have assumed that the first deal offered was probation + rehab and it's escalated since then.
I would suspect the plea offer to both Nick and Kayla is the same. Prosecutor has not charged them differently or state one is more culpable than the other. They also have the same criminal history. They have different lawyers so I think Kayla will do the smart and reasonable thing. Regardless of what they do, I don't think they face prison.

Here's what I think will be Rekieta's choices/outcomes:
A) Plea agreement: Deferred adjudication on lesser amount (less severe felony). 2-3 years of probation, drug test, rehab. Upside to Nick/Kayla is shorter probation time and the felony conviction is avoided if they complete satisfactorily. Avoids being a "convicted felon." Downside for Nick is that prosecutor will require admitting guilt in open court. They will also give up any right to appeal.

B) Trial. Found guilty on charged crimes (obvious based on how simple the case is and omnibus "DENIED" hearing). 5-6 years probation, drug tests and rehab. Upside: Nick/Kayla get to maintain claim of innocence and avoid admitting guilt. They also retain their ability to appeal everything. Downside: They will be convicted felons. Felon status could impact a number of things including voting rights, gun rights as well as travel to other countries.

I don't think the prosecution will offer an Alford plea but if Nick made it a "make or break" requirement and also waived appeals, they may do it. Making the felony possibly go away with deferred adjudication I think is a huge carrot the prosecutor dangle in his face (hopefully with a balldo attached).

I think option A is what was offered to Kayla a few months ago but I have no way of knowing . I think they offered same one to Nick as well. We don't know whether Nick got an offer because he already had a lawyer and they weren't required to serve him with the offer. I think they just sent a copy to his attorney (the evidence we have of Kayla's offer is a affidavit of service). I don't know know of a legal or evidentiary reason why Nick wouldn't get the same offer.

Pure speculation on my part. I think option A meets the objectives of the prosecution. I hope they also address some KCHHS stuff and prohibit knowingly associating with drug users (convicted and charged). Keeping April away from kids should be in the agreement.

From Aaron’s first interview with Kino Casino, he described the Qover as Kayla’s idea initially, because they run cover (hide their cuck parties) for eachother & there’s four of them, quadruple. Cover plus quadruple equals Qover. Everyone went along with it.

They all had a special nickname, too. Aaron was The Pugilist (because he boxes & wont let anyone forget it) & April was Valkyrie (lord knows what crack they smoked for that to happen) & Nick was CHAOS (yes, seriously.) Kayla’s special qover girl name is still unknown, or Aaron wasn’t willing to say it, which is my read on the matter.

There is a clip that could be hunted down but that KC interview was pushing 5 hours in length. Iirc, it was near the beginning. Aaron might have disclosed the nicknames on his show later that week, if he didn’t touch on them on that KC appearance. One of the YouTube clippers probably has clips ready. Look at the stuff right after the arrest in the last week of May if you want to watch for yourself, though they’ve probably already been posted ITT.

Hey Nick! Who knew you could come to KF and get an actual history lesson? But being the narcissistic prick that you are, I'm sure you already knew this, right?

Kurt had some funny jokes recently. I laughed during his stream with Nate when he joked that polysubstance abuse might not be the only ‘poly-’ thing in Nick’s life
The Kurt arch has been fun to watch. However, during the Nate & Kurt stream going over the judge's denial, Nate said he talked to Nick and that "they're still friends" and that "Nick knows he's fucked" . . . I highly doubt that. Many of these streamers say shit to save face obviously, or save someone else's face. I believed NONE of what Nate said when it came to that.

B) Trial. Found guilty on charged crimes (obvious based on how simple the case is and omnibus "DENIED" hearing). 5-6 years probation, drug tests and rehab. While the dipshit can retain his ability to appeal everything . . . the funding for that will be quite expensive. Between bail money, still owing Randazza $125k, Monty's $300 (lol), rehab, Kayla and April's legal bills, shit's starting to add up on the 'ol Rackets tab.

Yes he can appeal, but what SANE judge is going to look at his appeal and (1) actually take it up and waste their time to look at it, and (2) if they do look at it, actually honor the appeal? Which got me thinking about the actual success rates of criminal appeals . . . and it doesn't look good.

Here were my findings I have put in a spoiler along with the links.
The TLDR just from my first simple google search of "criminal appeal success rates": BELOW 10% ----- GOOD LUCK NICK!

Biggest problem with any appeals findings is that many of the findings go up to 2015, and as far as the government updating, haven't found anything more recent.

Here's the thing: I don't even know Nick and I want what's best Nick. What's best for Nick, though, isn't having his charges dropped. Nick WANTS that but only because he could return to debauchery without consequence. Here's my Best for Nick list and I suspect many agree.

1. What's best for Nick's kids is best for Nick. They are first.
2. A drug conviction or guilty plea is best.
3. Random, court ordered drug testing is best for Nick.
4. 30 day in-patient rehab is best for Nick
5. Individual counseling is best
6. Couples counseling to save marriage
7. Family counseling to repair relationship kids.
8. No more swinging, cuckoldry, adultery or sex outside of marriage is best
9. No more associating with April or other drug users.
10. Probation is better than prison for Nick. No one is afraid of Nick.
11. Nick should be prohibited from owning or possessing firearms.
12. Nick end all streams before midnight.
13. Nick should cease relationships with sweepers and detractors.

Nick creates lolcow content when he fights what's best for him. I like lolcow content as much as anyone and Nick is a productive content creator. But I'd go elsewhere satisfied that his kids were better off if Nick fixed his shit. I also have zero Nick can improve himself.

BTW, lost in all this is that Cog actually caught a bit of a W here. He preserved the cokestream, in an unaltered state, to where the judge doesn't give a fuck that the Detective watched a reupload of it on Cog's channel. Cog argued with Rekieta on Twitter... CORRECTLY... that he didn't alter the video any, and it shouldn't matter. In the end, he was right.

Fair is fair.

Imagine being so brain damaged even Cog can earn a W off you. How embarrassing.

If anyone feels bad for giving Cog credit, just remember that cog didn’t make a conscious effort not to edit the content. Jobless Johnny was just so fucking lazy that he just did the easier thing of doing a full re-upload of the whole thing.

I think Balldo is keeping in contact with Nate for two reasons.

1. Nate has a big audience.
2. Nate's first video on the Frank's hearing was very generic and avoided addressing the weaknesses of the claims.

Essentially Nick wants this kind of coverage. He wants people to cover him either generically, positively or not at all.

He didn't like Kurt's video because Kurt was pretty insistent on calling the arguments as bad.

Potentially Criminal also said it was like hitting shit with a hammer.

Legal Mindset was in early on calling out the degenerate behavior and essentially just assuming it was exactly as it sounded in the search warrant.

I'd still say a big part of Balldo's day is watching content about himself and sending a lot of shower messages to massage the narrative.
