We know for Kayla because there is an "Affidavit of Service" filed for her case, which includes mention of what was delivered, which was discovery and plea offer.

Contrary to Kayla he had already retained a lawyer since June 13th 2024, while Kayla was still unrepresented on August 5th when she received the plea offer.

I am not clear if the service affidavit is because she was not represented by a lawyer and its procedure to establish a record of service on documents.
Be that as it may, I don't want to dig through all of the hundreds of pages of Nick's court documents again, but I do not remember ever seeing mention of a plea offer for him, only for Kayla.

I am sure he will get one, I am just pointing out that we know Kayla has one, but not for Nick.
Since we do not know what was provided in discovery we can only speculate what the deals could be, but there is a distinct possibility that they would not be offered the same deals.

There is plenty of possibility of the search influencing what deal you offer to whom. For example Kayla might not have known the codes for their saves, which means only Nick could have deposited the coke. In that case it would make a lot of sense to offer Kayla a good deal and Nick a less good deal.

They cannot be compelled to testify against each other, but it does not mean the state cannot prosecute them differently based on the evidence.

I would like to ask not a concise polling but a general question of how many of you have had that particular joy, as I have, of personally dealing with the fallout of a demonic narcissist in your lives. This fucking guy Rekieta pushes all the recognition buttons for me, and I know first-hand how much the narcissist withers when they are both identified as predator and thus deprived of their narcissistic supply (their victims). I mentally connect the narcissist archetype to the vampire, a vampire of the psychological sort. Robbing them of their supply is like pulling the fangs from the vampire. It strikes me that the Farms has done a stellar job of collectively depriving this Rekieta example of his supply. So, kudos.
