I wonder how much Racket's slander against officer pomplin's character in his bullshit motion impacted how harsh the judge was on him in the denial. Its already bad enough rackets was spinning bullshit but to then use that bs to try and call pomplin's character and professional expertise into question must have really made the judge go "fuck this guy:"

once again nick's smug faggotry making nick his own worst enemy.

The shotgun is specifically omitted from the safe in the garage (Listed as "In the garage") compared to the others. Does/did Nick think safe storage = If I don't have ammo I can just throw it wherever? If you could stack charges for every firearm that's another failure to secure for children right there
I imagine it could have been mounted on the wall. It might explain why it wasn't in the safe, he wanted to show off his buck hunter. No evidence but could have been.

My personal theory was it was just laying on a desk since Nick's not entirely in his right mind and it's not a show off gun. If it was say, a Mateba he'd have it in his sex streaming dungeon.

If it was on a desk it would suggest he was working on it (?). Like i'm trying to think the times I take my guns out of their cases/holsters and im not using them or doing maintence. The only one I have in the open is a civil war musket, mounted on the wall, but its a show gun that i've never fired. Not a boring Remington shotgun you can buy at any gunstore's used rack. It's puzzling. Guess i'm not a crack addict and don't leave my guns everywhere.

Again, extremely specific omission.
I thought about it, and the true crackieta theory would be he was firing the beanbag shells for CBT since the balldo isn't enough anymore or using it to practice his oral skills for Ricardo and Romaine. He's never stated he knows how to work on firearms and I refuse to believe he ever bothered to learn how (or had a firearm hobby) "I haven't shot my guns in several years" beyond the basics of loading, unloading, and firing.

The failure to contest probable cause is all part of Nick's plan to get convicted and then file a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court so that whichever Justice is in charge of the Eighth Circuit has to learn about balldos and Steel Toe Morning Show. Trust the plan.

When you shoot yourself in the balldo in the garage to own the Kiwi Farms (i spent way too much time on this)

But seriously if he's just leaving it out he's either extremely cluttered as a person (yes), or its the crack. I bet both. One wild theroy is that something is damaged with the gun and its non operational, like a firing pin broken.

Here's the intro to Potentially Criminal's latest Nick stream. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did:

Apologies if this was already posted.

As much fun as it is going to be to watch Nick cope about this, I am more interested to see barnes freak out about this. This isn't some Alex Jones style thing where he can duck it. He fucked with a lot of people on the internet who were following this and they can/will follow him around to bring this up. The coping and seething from him as the trolling comes in will be worthy of all the buttered popcorn money can buy

I find it interesting that the video was suggested to you, since it seems like the term 'Kiwi Farms' isn’t shadowbanned by the algorithm, at least not entirely. I didn't hold back from mentioning Kiwi Farms in the video description either.

The NotebookLM podcast thing sometimes described Kiwi Farms neutrally, and other times called it 'infamous.'
My favorite instance was when it referred to Kiwi Farms as 'the digital anthropologist’s playground.'

And calling Rekieta a 'wet brained coomer'

Unfortunately, this version of the podcast didn’t make the cut for other reasons.
How did you manage to feed it the entire thread?

I think they were smoking crack with it Platoon style.

This one in the comments absolutely killed me:

This is what we are missing with Nick's streams. He could be raking in those super chats to pay for his lawyers right now if he would just stream and let people troll him like this. Sure it would humiliate him but he already got humiliated massively in his court cases. If you are going to be humiliated Nick, why not get paid to do it?

First full stream I've watched and it was really comfy. Can anyone point me to his backstory?
-Catholic
-Started spending too much time on the Internet.
-Fat.
-Got a DUI in his younger days.
-Worked manual labor jobs to fund his education.
-Married.
-Divorced.
-Still spending too much time on the Internet.
-Criminal defense
-Found girlfriend that works for the Feds.
-Talked in Nick's chat until he got on the show.
-Started streaming law.
-Named girlfriend 'Future Mrs. Martin 2.0'.
-Shits on his friend that got into dope, while hoping his friend overcomes his addiction.
-Made new channel for his model building.
-Thinks he's revolting, and that's why he doesn't guest much anymore.

He's gutless and weak. Nick is completely buck-broken. He is castrated. He has no balls. He can't even stream any more. All he can do is lie on the floor wailing pathetically about what a loser he is.

For the record, Nick found my channel while I was streaming a trial that he was looking for......and then I got invited on after that.

Other than that, It's accurate enough
